Big Jerk Kitchen + Lounge

Poor service, I waited 15 minutes just to place my order. My friends hated the food. I tried to give it a second chance, but the place is way too unorganized to bother. Not a welcoming environment.

The food is so good, the atmosphere, the service top notch, the owner CJ down to earth and very professional, I had oxtail and it was soft and tastee , the jerk chicken was the best I had in a long while , if you ever in Vegas that’s the place to get that authentic Jamaican food

Had the opportunity to eat some good jerk chicken at this restaurant and not only did I feel like am back home eating some real food I had the opportunity to be served my meal by the owner as a yard man to one whenever am in Vegas this my spot florida my home where real authentic jamaican food is sold but when ur in Vegas no question asked its BIGJERK for the spot Big up CJ 👊👊👊

I honestly have to say this is the worst place to come in a Saturday night sat for over 30min and was never acknowledged by a waitress for a drink order or anything this was my first and last time coming here not worth it and the service needs work

The seasoning on the food was just a bit too heavy for my liking, but wasn't bad. It seems everything has some type of sauce on it. The vibes were cool. The drinks were more juice than alcohol. I cannot say I will visit again.

You will see a lot of reviews on your commenting on how the food is trash. It’s completely opposite. The majority of those reviews are coming from Islanders themselves, but if you are not an Islander and have not been and you do like sweet sweet food, then this place is on point. The jerk sauce varies from dish to dish The shrimp. Have a sweet jerk sauce that I like to mix with a macaroni and cheese, which is a macaroni salad base. You don’t get a cheese pool, which I found to be interesting because I ate every piece of my plate. The cabbage was sautéed perfectly. We ordered the jerk chicken mix and jerk shrimp which comes with two sides. The jerk chicken is grilled and dry rub and served with a side of barbecue sauce or hot sauce, I would recommend requesting a side of regular jerk sauce. Overall, I was extremely pleased. Staff was smiley. The music was appropriate for the crowd and this place serves as a bar and gives that atmospherewith a side of food which works in everybody’s flavor favor if you like hookah, you can also purchase hookah here.

I saw a lot of reviews that had me second guessing if I should eat here. I decided to go check it out myself and I am happy I did. It wasn't perfect but it was better than expected. We had 2 jerk chickens and 1 chicken pasta. The jerk chicken was well seasoned but seemed a little rushed off the fire. On the other hand the chicken pasta was absolutely amazing. Great flavor, well spiced and just really good. The staff was also supper nice. I'll definitely go back on my next visit to LV!!!

I’m visiting from Chicago the food was good 😊 yaya was a great server I’m glad I gave it a second chance because the night before I came a brown skin girl w braids was giving me n my friend a hard time about dinning in due to transitioning in to lounge hours it came off as money hungry and we were trying to spend money w food drinks and hookah but basically saying although we 30 mins before club hours she going to need a tab of 150 for us to sit again that was crazy to me !

I haven't been to Big Jerk since I moved out of Vegas, but when I lived there, this was always a top contender for some Jamaican food and still is. I was just there last weekend, and it did not disappoint. Most importantly, my first timers with me enjoyed it, too, so that was a plus. I'd definitely recommend it. Yes, the food is spicy but I like spicy so it's perfect for me.
