Ordered a pie, wings and 2 litter soda. I didn't get what I ordered. On top of that I was given the run around as far as time of delivery. Told 30-45min, called after that time. Still run around. Order didn't show up until 2hrs later. Pie wasn't right and my Dr Pepper wasn't either. I'm not a local, which has to be the reason they don't care. I told the Manger I would leave a yelp review didn't even bother to correct the situation. I guess paying for what I want and getting something else is the same in his eyes. Very unprofessional in my opinion. P.s. Driver told me they are contracted out. Why not have your own people working to deliver your food. It would help with accountability.

I found one of their menus pushed under my door at Excalibur. 2 days later I was at the Rio and another menu was pushed under my door. I decided to go to the restaurant. It does not exist. It is fake. A different business it there. I spoke to the Rio hotel manger. She told me that they have called the phone number on the menu multiple times and told them to stop trespassing in the hotel. But, they keep returning, seaking in and distributing these menus. I am happy I never placed an order. No idea where the food might be coming from.

I've ordered from here multiple times. They always have amazing service. The food is always fresh when delivered. Despite the 40-50 min wait they let me know that upon placing my order. I've tried their pizza, chicken wings & fingers, and there bacon cheeseburgers. All excellent!

I got the chicken Alfredo and honestly I could’ve got the regular fettuccine it is so well seasoned and it is a large portion with garlic bread and a salad. My husband go the mushroom Swiss burger again nice big portions.
Didn't include utensils even though we got spaghetti and salad.

Got a menu under our hotel door. Ordered the roasted chicken, it tasted like old, reheated chicken. Wrong salad dressing with a small salad that was counted as two sides. Delivery was nearly one hour late after promised 45 min. Called immediately and told it was not possible since all the chickens are cooked at the same. No one there can do anything to make it right. Told that the manager would call me when he got back from delivering flyers. No call. Was told to call back the next day after 5 for the owner. Then told he does not work that day. Gave my contact information again. Told the managers is Jose. Called the next day. No one named Jose works there. Again explained the situation. Told Maurisio is the manager and only comes in once in awhile. Guess they just prey on tourists who will be one time customers.

So, we ordered $65 worth of pizza. Was told it would be to the Westgate Las Vegas - East Tower in 30-45 minutes.At 1hr, I called to find my pizza. The store said that maybe the driver got pulled over. At 1hr 15mins, I find out another driver was sent to collect my pizzas. At 2 hrs, I'm told the owner is remaking our pizzas and will be there soon.End result: Pizza tasted fantastic, but it was 2.5 hrs late, and I didn't receive a discount. They have an 18" and 24" pizza, which are great, but the warmer bag will not hold them. So if you want one of them, go get it yourself.

We went for a pick up we looked for about 20 minutes could not locate the place so we call again to see if we had the wrong address they told us it’s inside dive bar and my husband told him ok so we go back we saw that place when driving . We had our kids with us ! So my husband gets down he took a bit comes out with nothing so I asked him what happened he said that he got hit on and that the place was super dark and then he finally was able to talk to the bartender and ask where the pizza place is at that they told us on the phone it’s in here and their was like maybe 5 other people or less ok so she proceeded to say there is no pizza here . So he walked out quick . So I told him call him again , and the guy answered again and said oh it’s inside my husband then said I was just in there and they told me no pizza. And the guy then said oh yea come to the back ? It’s towards the back and hangs up ?! Are you kidding me, if it’s in the back of the dive bar how come the bartender had no idea of pizza being sold there and then he just hangs up and tells us to go to the back of the place how scary is this I feel like it’s fake or not sure but the fact that this place had us put our kids in a sketchy situation and also my husband that went inside …. Did not even have the smell of pizza at all we felt for that flyer that was under our door this is the only reason why never again I think it’s fake and also they never even called us back to check if we had arrived or if we where still picking up how sketchy is that not sure but it had me shaken up bad and I hope it doesn’t happen to any one else also did anyone else go to the place and this happened to you ?

I gave this company a second chance. I will not be ordering any more. I had a chicken bone and what felt like sand pebbles twice in the same dish. I forgot to say it was the fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and the second time I had to go pick up my delivery from the driver in the street.
