Something seems to have slipped. $70 for two salads, a pretzel and two bottles of water? Salad with side of chicken didn’t come with chicken; elite wilted lettuce; other salad had barely any dressing. Two tables near us waited over an hour for food. Not what it used to be…

Burgers are dry as hell and one didn’t come with sauce. Was told that they aren’t allowed to take ingredients off a burger, which is odd for allergies. It was really disappointing for the price, but the actual staff were nice and the view’s hard to beat.

Great place to beat the summer heat. Service is super friendly.
If you like Sysco food, you'll be fine. If you prefer a scratch kitchen, maybe just plan on grabbing a beer or coffee.
Utterly expressive but the food was pretty good
Paid $120 for three burgers, fries and sodas + 25% gratuity … after 20 minutes of waiting, we were told that wait is like an hour + and restaurant was even half empty !!!! I asked for the burgers to be cancelled but they kept the fat tip. Walking back to the car broke and hungry. Avoid touristy spots like this.
Holiday weekend and there’s maybe 2 people working. Not the fault of the employees, but it took more than an hour to get some fries. Do better management.
When you're in Mt Charleston skiing, snowboarding or in the summer Mt Biking the Bighorn is the best place for food in a beautiful scenery.
I got my burger as described on the menu 😋 But I think $19 for an American cheese burger with chips + $5 bottled Pepsi = $24 as a meal is expensive 🤑
Great views and patio. Prices are high and food is average but it’s nice to be able to grab a bite in the middle of the mountains. If you want a more refined food experience I recommend the retreat hotel.

Lovely place! Fantastic way to spend an afternoon after a hike. I'll be honest, the food was not good, but maybe it was the sliders I ordered. The bread was so hard/stale I couldn't even bite into it.
Regardless I'll be back, the atmosphere and friendly staff made up for the food. Everyone is in such a great mood, what a place to work! Also prices were relatively low for a mountain resort.

On Sunday, August 4th at 2 pm, my girlfriend and I ordered food at Bighorn Grill. The waitress called our number wrong and took the food back, bringing it to us colder. She also brought us warm Pepsi in a bottle. When I asked for a glass of ice, she rudely said, "I don't have ice; you need to get it from the cashier." The line at the cashier was long, so I had two choices: leave my already cold food on the table and wait another 10-15 minutes for ice, or have my hot Pepsi in the bottle in the heat of summer. The service was terrible, and we didn't enjoy our cold food with warm Pepsi because the waitress wouldn't do the bare minimum of her job.

If you're vegan, or have food allergies, just eat before or bring your own food somehow. Not sure why in 2024 we can't have options everywhere when there's plenty of options to be had, but here we are.
And no, french fries aren't a meal.
45 minutes for food. That is mediocre and overpriced. Don't eat here.
