The nachos with salsa and guacamole were a popular choice, but some customers found the bottom of the bag to contain only crumbs, making it difficult to dip. Erica, one of the waitresses, was praised for her attentive service and kindness towards children. The $12 loaded burger lunch special was appreciated, although there was an issue with one of the burgers being overcooked. The waitstaff made up for it by quickly preparing a new one at the correct temperature. Children's meals were well-received, and the waiter entertained the kids with magic tricks. The pizookie was highly recommended. However, some customers found burnt fries in the chips garnish.
