Service was the worst I've ever had. Waited close to 15 minutes to just order drinks and close to another 15 waiting for them. Server always was unable to be found and everything seemed to take longer. What should've been an hour meal was nearly 2 hours just waiting for service. Also the waitress telling us that it was going to be awhile because she had to get 15 other drinks for other tables, then send someone else to help. We don't want to hear excuses on your job requirements. Food was ok, service was just for awful. Sadly none of my party will be back anytime soon or ever.

The music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. We asked the manager three times if they could turn the sound down. He said he would. He never did. I'm not sure if we will be going back there again.

I've tried BJ's several times since moving to Las Vegas in 2014, including recently, on 15 Apr 2024. Although there are several of them between the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin areas, I always seem to come back to this location (mainly because of its close proximity to my house), whenever I'm with a bigger party. I will say this...BJ's is not my go-to restaurant whenever I'm dining with my immediate family because I don't feel it's as spectacular as many make it out to be. However, whenever I'm with a larger party, I don't mind coming here because this restaurant does have a robust menu which offers entrées to satisfy whatever craving you have, especially for those groups that can't decide on what food genre that everyone can agree on.During the recent visit, my wife and I ordered the 10-Piece Bone-In Wings (BJ's Handcrafted Root Beer Glaze), Deep Dish Nachos, Jumbo Pretzel w/Beer Cheese, Power Bowl with Chicken, and Jambalaya. The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauce was good. The pretzel was phenomenal and the nachos were adequate. My wife really loved the Chicken Power Bowl; however, my Jambalaya was less than adequate. Whereas the flavor overall was decent, I'm just not used to having a "dry" Jambalaya. Also, some of the rice grains weren't cooked all the way. Regardless, it wasn't too big of a deal to bring it up to my server or management, and I even took the leftovers home with me. Of noteworthy mention, the other two in our party had the Tri Tip + Shrimp Scampi and the Chicken Parmigiana, and they both enjoyed it a lot.To note, I've tried the following entrées in the past visits: Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Pot Stickers, Ahi Poke, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Chips and Housemade Guacamole/Salsa, Clam Chowder, Filet Mignon, BJ's Classic Ribeye, Full Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs, Atlantic Salmon, Spicy Peanut Chicken w/Soba Noodles, Classic Hamburger, Mashed Potatoes, Fries, Rice Pilaf, Garlic Roasted Vegetables, and Pizooki Trio. Out of all these items, I wasn't a fan of the Classic Ribeye (lack of meat quality) and Spicy Peanut Chicken w/Soba Noodles (didn't taste authentic from an Asian standpoint) - everything else was adequate.Between all my visits, I'd say the service was great, with the most recent visit being spectacular. Our server, Royce, did such an amazing job with our table and from what I observed, he did a remarkable job with other tables as well. He was highly efficient, friendly, professional, and very attentive - did not skip a beat with his operations. One concern I have with this restaurant is the floor. I don't know what it is but every time I walk in that restaurant, it feels like I'm walking on an icy surface because it feels slippery. At first I thought it was my shoes, but considering I've visited with different types of shoes/soles in the past, I've concluded it's not me.Even if this isn't my go-to restaurant, I still recommend this establishment to everyone. This place has been in the business for quite some time and I know of several people that love this restaurant. I have a lot of respect for this restaurant because of their continued support to the men and women of the Armed Forces - thank you for that!Recommendation to BJ's: Please update the restaurant's info on Google because it currently says, "Service options:...Doesn't accept reservations." Obviously this is false because we were allowed to make reservations online.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Centennial is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Alysha), awesome beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bite is their Mediterranean Pita Tacos.

We always order from there. However, this is one of the best places to go and they stay open later than other restaurants and bars without gaming. Thank you.

Our family only came here because our son received a Free Pizookie rewards from his teacher for doing great at school. Service was slow, got one water refill and she never came back. Food took forever to come out. Server grabbed the pizookie certificate from the table and said she’d adjust the bill, not having looked at it. Apparently she thought it was for a free kids meal, while my son was super excited waiting for the dessert. Once the food came out we had to ask for silverware and wait on that before being able to eat.I’m all for these reward programs, you got us in and we spent our money… but slow down and take a second to celebrate the kid or at least congratulate him.I had paid my bill and we waited 15 mins for the dessert to come out, if it hadn’t been for it being the main reason we were there, we would have left. Couldn’t tell you our servers name, idk that she ever said it out loud.

Tried the half off deep dish pizza deal. Ordered the BJ's Original (Signature?) but it wasn't very good. Toppings are ok, but the crust was soft and spongy. Won't be ordering this again.
