The burgers and shakes are extremely delicious and fulfilling, especially since they give you an entire piece of cake with your shake. However, fair warning that the food coloring that comes with the shake may stain your skin but it does wash off fairly easily.
Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive to our table and she was always making sure we were cared for.
I’d recommend this place to anyone who is craving a burger and has a sweet tooth.

Walking here was an experience, got in and walked through the beautiful hotel, got seated and the environment was wonderful!! We ordered and the wait staff was very friendly and even took a photo of us using my dad's phone!
I took a single bite of my burger and my taste buds were blessed. My soul slightly ascended. This is one of the best restaurants I've been too ever.
Food was great and came out quick. Our server seemed irritated that we were there, maybe because we didn’t order alcohol?? Good location and atmosphere inside Venetian. Recommend the angus burger salad.

Sad to see the falafel salad and burger are no longer on the menu. They also don't have onion rings 😕

This spot inside the Venetian Hotel was super easy to find, which is always a plus when navigating the maze of a large Vegas resort. While there was an open seating area available, we opted for a booth and were quoted a 30-minute wait — which turned out to be worth it for a more comfortable dining experience.
We started with the Korean barbecue wings and the queso appetizer. The wings were definitely the standout — flavorful, tender, and with just the right kick. Honestly, I’d come back just for those. The queso didn’t leave a lasting impression, especially next to the wings.
For entrées, we tried both the Truffle Burger and the Wagyu Burger. At $26 each, we expected more. Both were underwhelming — not bad, just nothing memorable, especially considering the price point.
To end the meal, we split the cookies and cream milkshake, which was excellent. Rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet — the kind of dessert that leaves you thinking about it long after the meal.
All in all, I’d return for the wings and the milkshake without hesitation. Skip the burgers unless they revamp the flavor. Great location, solid service, and a couple of standout items that make this place worth another visit.

My sister and I were looking for a good lunch and found this place at the Venetian. It was perfect just what we were looking for good hamburgers and fries. Will definitely return next time we are in Las Vegas!

Outstanding burgers. Creative shakes. Mediocre salads. Lots of beer. Does what it says on the tin!

Got the award winning burger and to be honest I’d rather have in and out. Also service wasn’t that great. The ranch had no flavor.
We arrived and got sat immediately, which was good. ~1min later our server came round and said she will take our order in a couple minutes, and that is fine, it was during the lunch rush. So, she took our orders(1drink and 4burgers) and ~10mins later the drink arrived. Which is quite slow, but again, it was lunch rush, so I do slightly understand it. So, it had been 10mins got our drinks and was still enthusiastic. (note: we were planning on travelling a long distance, so setting off ASAP would have been ideal). After another 45mins, another waiter/member of staff brought us our food. And it was good! We chat and ate for ~15mins, and when our waitress came to clear our plates, we told her we didn’t want a milkshake for dessert, as we had prior suggested. (we didn’t directly say that we were, nor did we say which kind of milkshake). And to this, she stated that it was already being made, and she heard us talking about getting a ‘New York’ milkshake. So, we were told that we were getting a milkshake which we didn’t order, nor did we really want, without asking her. But… we did get that Milkshake quickly, unlike the food. The cost came out at $117(exc. tax&tip), so it wasn’t the worst. The most annoying thing is that, the night prior we went to Buddy’s Italian Restaurant. It was great food and took 45mins total! I don’t know if that was a tactic to get people back into the casino or shops, but it was great service! And, the final small bit was, whenever our server stopped taking to us, her face immediately dropped. And I understand completely, she had probably been working for a long time, and was just tired. But it was just a small thing I noticed. In conclusion, there are other places that do burgers and beer, it is a good place for the milkshake, but there are loads of different cuisine options, so go out and explore the different restaurants.

I visited this place recently, and while the food was decent, the experience was absolutely ridiculous. We were a group of Three sitting outside, and there were pigeons everywhere. “Yes, you heard that right—pigeons!!!”
We politely asked the waiter if we could move inside, but he flat-out refused, saying the birds wouldn’t bother us. The moment our food arrived, the pigeons literally started attacking us—trying to grab the food right off our plates!
To make matters worse, the waiters just stood there laughing at us like it was some kind of joke. We spent nearly “$150” only to feed the pigeons, apparently.
This was hands down one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. A solid “1 star”for the staff's attitude alone. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Definitely not worth it.
Oh—and they (the pigeons) stole my “half-pound Wagyu burger” too.

There always seems to be a little wait here, even when there's open tables. We waited around 15 minutes and there's no waiting area so we were left to wander to a hallway to wait. When we were seated, service was slow with the waitress taking a long time to take our order. My son decided on the loaded fries and cinnamon crazy shake, both were really good. My son said the fries were the best he's had. The crazy shake is a fun experience and turns heads, the cinnamon flavor was not too overpowering and just the right size to share. We enjoyed the food but the server never checked on us and was slow to take our order and with the bill.
