BLACKOUT Dining in the Dark

If you are considering this dinner JUST DO IT! This experience is one you will remember for a lifetime. While the food is just good (it is perfectly edible and we all had a favorite dish) it isn't the star here. The experience - staff, darkness, sound - that is the real take away. The staff is Top Notch. We felt welcomed, they shared in our excitement of the experience, and any hesitation we had at being in the dark in a new space was completely alleviated by our server. We made it our mission to figure out each ingredient in every dish and some of them really had us guessing! Some of the reviews said you leave hungry, but I felt that for a 7 course meal, the portions were very fair. The entire meal is plant based (who wants to eat mystery meat in the dark?!) and they vary flavors and textures throughout the meal. We live out of town and are already discussing a trip back just to bring more friends to dine with us. So glad we had this experience!

Our server was outstanding. She did a phenomenal job explaining how to eat in the dark, helping us feel and understand the taste of all of the food. She was attentive, helpful, and absolutely amazing.

The food is completely vegan, but is still really delicious. Try to keep an open mind about the menu and the new flavors and textures you will experience because the food really is incredible.

Friends and I had dinner here last night, as we loved it. Super interesting experience. It took us a moment to get used to the darkness but once that settled we had no issues. It’s normal for me to drop food on myself as I eat but managed to come out clean somehow.
The food was interesting. 7 vegan courses and there was only one dish that I wasn’t super interested in, but it was still fine. The rest were all something I’d order again on purpose.
Our server Bree was fantastic. She took really good care of us and even put up with our antics. Her directions for guiding us through each dish were clear and helpful.
The hosts were also fun and helpful.

I had the spicy marg and a Rachel Collins, both were made well.

Before going, I thought I might not really like it, but I would definitely go again.

A few things would improve the fabulous concept. I think an exit space separate from the check in area would be a great place to review the menu and talk about it with your party. If there were possible sample plates to visually see what was eaten would be even better. I also feel the price is a bit too high for the menu so I don't think I would return. BUT, that being said I would give this a 5 our of 5 one time experience. The food was fun to try and overall tasty. What made the experience perfect, and actually better than expected was Cheyenne, our server. She was the perfect combination of professional, fun and personable. We were there for a 14 year old birthday and she made him feel so special. We agreed it was an amazing experience. Thank you!

What a great experience! Check out the website and what they have on there is spot. A very unique experience, it really does heighten your other senses. It does take time for your eyes to adjust to absolute darkness but after a few minutes you get used to it. A couple of big takeaways from this experience: 1 pay attention to what your server tells you to make your experience better. 2 You will probably try food that you would normally push to the side of your plate. At least that is what I would have done! The food is excellent and very well prepared. I figured that I would probably leave slightly hungry as it is a vegetable based experience. Not the case, very filling and delicious. Take the opportunity and try it, definitely worth it! Also everyone there was very nice and friendly which made the experience even better.

It was a fantastic experience with decadent food, excellent service by Bree, and innovative approach to appreciating food with enhanced taste, touch, and smell. I would highly recommend this place if anyone wants a substitute for a show a dinner and a wonderful experience.

This was one of the most unique and fun experiences I've ever had, not just in Vegas in general. If you ever want a stimulating, great food first date idea. DO THIS. The lack of control and sight was so different, the food was fantastic to boot. Our waitress was Chloe and she was an absolute riot and made the entire experience so much better than it could have been.

Far and away the most unique and interesting thing I've ever done in Vegas. Dining in complete darkness with my partner, we had a blast trying to guess what we were eating with each of the seven courses, and while we were spot on in some regards, we were so wrong on others but could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Our server was attentive and kept our water glasses filled. This place is a must try for Vegas, if you don't mind hopping off the strip for a while.
