BLACKOUT Dining in the Dark

Loved the unique dining experience. So many good things to say about it. What a great sensory experiment and a fantastic opportunity to out away the phones and focus on the food and conversation at the table. No people watching. One of your senses is totally turned off —- fortunately you get to focus more on the others.

A truly novel experience. The dinner is carefully choreographed to avoid any awkwardness. Eating in the dark allows you to focus solely on the taste of the food. You should try this.

Our server, Joshua was amazing from the start . He interacted extremely well with us and made it very enjoyable and memorable experience. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. 

Our server was the sweetest and the cook was so cool, he had to come meet us because he saw our last name and realized we are both from the Czech. Highly recommend this experience!

From the moment we stepped into total darkness, every sense was heightened, each flavor, sound, and moment became part of an incredible, one-of-a-kind adventure. The staff was phenomenal, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel both fun and intimate. It was the perfect mix of mystery and excitement, and we left with lasting memories (and a few good laughs trying to guess what we were eating!). Fun new experience and so glad it's all vegan! They even helped us eat gluten free. Pretty expensive but the food was excellent and plentiful!

Phenomenal experience! Dining in complete darkness was such a unique and thrilling adventure, it truly heightens your other senses in the most fascinating way. The best part? You only discover what's on the menu after finishing the seven-course meal. Every dish was incredible and our waitress, Sherice, was absolutely fantastic; fun, engaging, and made the entire experience unforgettable.

This was an awesome dining experience- all the food was great and it was fun guessing what it was!

Dining at In the Dark was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease thanks to incredible staff at the desk upon entry. Then we were sat and served by a just as welcoming and friendly waitress her attentiveness made the evening feel personal and welcoming. Every bite of the meal was a delish the flavors were rich, creative, and absolutely drool-worthy. What stood out even more was the thoughtful accommodation of my service dog. The staff handled everything with such care and professionalism, making us feel respected and comfortable throughout. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine inclusivity so seamlessly. We can't wait to return next time we come to Vegas! . Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge their senses and enjoy a truly memorable night out.

We had a great experience. Our reservation was for 530 so the dining room was pretty empty and quiet- I would recommend an early time for this reason. Because you don't know what you're eating, you don't want to hear other tables discussing a course you haven't had yet! Our waitress, Channie, was terrific. We are not vegan and yet we thought the food was delicious and we left very full. Highly recommend, if you are adventurous and not a picky eater.

Great fun, good experience, and wait staff was lots of fun. 7 courses of food, I was so stuffed by the end of 4th course. I wish they didn't tell people it was vegan, because I brought my skeptic carnivore hubby and he was throwing a tantrum before we got there. After..., he LOVED it!! Yes, its pricey. But the food and experience was worth it.

I'd def come back to BLACKOUT in the future. Chris was our server. Funny and fun. It was quite the experience. Not cumbersome as you would think. Food was really good. The ambiance, well what can I say, it was eye wide shut.

I came a year ago and had such a wonderful experience that I came back with my fiance. However, it wasn't the same experience. The food was so-so. The server rushed us through 7 courses. She was bringing courses before we even finished the one we were on. Then made us feel bad for enjoying our food, saying, "Ok, well, just so you know, I have hot food here for you." Then she stood there while we took the last few bites of our salads. We felt sick and uncomfortably full being hurried to eat that much food in an hour. It's way too expensive a meal to be rushed and have the food be disappointing. We won't be back.
