This is a father of a child I will not name for privacy from public....whom you made quit today((4-30-25)) because he was sick....you were going to force him too come in and handle customers food while being SICK......im not looking at all for him to get his employment back but I think that you handled this situation very poorly...just DO BETTER for the other lovely people you have working under you....thanks for reading

I’ve been a regular customer at Blaze Pizza, and every time I visit, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. I always order the vegan pizza, and it’s consistently fresh, delicious, and perfectly customized to my taste. The staff treats me with genuine warmth and respect on every visit. Long time no visit Blaze Pizza! My friends from other state wanted pizza here. They were happy as their town do not have Blazed Pizza, they said.
The pizza is great but it took several times to get our order correct, and they didn’t know how to make some on the menu. This is what happens with an absentee manager.

My family and I went to check out the place for the first time. The person who took our order didn’t seem to have good comprehension and didn’t know the menu but was taking our order. She was rude because we started asking questions. The other 2 employee were rude too. They were all young kids with bad service and smart remarks. No type of house training and thinking I was going to leave a tip after the poor service lol. The only tip I have is to work on your people skills.

I stopped in Friday afternoon for a quick lunch. The service was great. The food was delicious.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and stuff that was ready to help.
I could tell that most of the staff was being trained by the manager on duty I observed the manager giving clear instruction and the trainees being receptive. This speaks of their store culture at a glance.
As usual Blaze is super consistent with their food so there was absolutely no complaint there.
I was curious to know, though why the store was so empty on a Friday during rush-hour not complaining just wondering.
First time customer. Waited in extra 20 minutes in Curbside delivery parking, only to discover I was supposed to go in. We had called the store when we arrived and the employee said we were to stay in the car. We went inside to find out what was going on, and the pizzas were waiting for us. This probably contributed to all three pizzas tasting blah - half went uneaten.
Great food. Fresh ingredients. Super friendly staff.
