If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I both ordered two large pizzas for pick up. My husbands was a large cheese pizza with regular sauce. They gave him a regular size pizza with spicy red sauce and that’s it. No cheese… I ordered a large pizza with spicy red sauce, cheese and toppings. I did get a large pizza but with toppings only, no cheese or sauce. Are you serious? Are these employees competent? It was a pick up order so there’s no way we were rude. This blaze pizza is HORRIBLE.

NEVER AGAIN!!! This was my first time and now it will be my last!!! They put an itemized receipt on top of my specific Pizza. Everything on the receipt was correct but it all went downhill when I opened the box and the pizza was so very wrong! Not to mention it wasn’t very good, but it’s the fact that they had it written on top of the box, but inside the box, it was completely wrong apparently no quality control!!!

Ordered through the app for delivery. Our driver was told they had to wait as the order was still in the oven, okay, no problem. Our driver got the order and was here in about 7 minutes, so not long at all. Yet EVERYTHING was ice cold, and everything EXCEPT one thing was incorrect. Then I spent 20 minutes trying to call the store but apparently they don’t think they need to answer their phone. So I called the n Decatur location, they ARE AMAZING. Cadence (I believe his name was, I am so sorry if I got this wrong) the manager at the other location took on the problem, even though it was not his job nor his issue as his team didn’t mess it up to begin with, but he still helped get ahold of the other store so I could get my food remade. When I FINALLY speak to the location that we originally ordered from they were extremely careless about their mistakes and even said they knew about them. So if you knew about them why would you send out an order you knew was wrong? He finally agreed to remake the order but then my husband had to go get it. So an hour and half later we FINALLY get our food and they still messed one of them up so my husband had to stay and wait for them to fix that. The lack of effort on the management and the entire staff at this location is ridiculous and I will not being coming back until they can get some new management. Absolute WORST LOCATION. DO NOT GO HERE.

We ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon bread. We got the 2 pizzas and were told the cinnamon bread was about to go into the oven.We waited around 20 mins for them to call our name but they never do. I eventually go back up to the hand off to ask where our cinnamon bread was just to be told rudely that they haven’t started it yet and we would have to wait.
