just now New I am very disappointed at this restaurant! They were doing very well making good Vegan Pizza but the last two times this pizza barely had any cheese or sauce on it! I would not recommend this Vegan pizza place at all!

Placed an order 8:30 pm and received an email that the order pick up time was 8:50pm. Went in to pick up at 9 pm. The staff were still making the pizza. Had to wait 15 more minutes to get my order.all in all took 45 min to get my order. PATHETIC SERVICE
Update 06/07/2025 - ordered again through uber delivery and they took more than 1 hour just to prepare the pizzas. After waiting for 1 hour, the order was still not complete. Sent the incomplete order. Again PATHETIC SERVICE.

I always appreciate people who have good customer service and good listening ears because I know how hard working in the restaurant industry is. Brynston made sure my daughter and I had everything we need and even came by to check in on our table to make sure we were good. Delicious as always! I’ve eaten at blaze pizza for years and they’re always a good, reliable pizza place. They have plenty of outdoor seating and vegan/vegetarian options. Only thing is that the spicy red sauce is really REALLY spicy. So buy it at your own risk!
Also, the cheesy bread is a must have. I cannot overstate how amazing it is!

The employees always seem to have a chip on their shoulder. To be honest the food is great when you get the right person to fix it how you want. These employees only do a minimum never above. Store is clean. Food is fresh.

It keep getting worse , poor service, don't know if it's low wages or poor training . But just stopped by , pesto more like olive oil. No pesto in it. Asked the guy and both employees could care less. I walked out. Last time I ever buy blaze. New employees all the time. Wonder why

Took way too long. They needed more staff putting toppings on pizza. There were at least 8 employees working, but while waiting 25 minutes in line at times there were zero people putting toppings on pizza. The majority of the time it was one person. When they had two the line moved faster. Pizza was ok. Definitely not worth the wait. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The most disorganized eating establishment I've ever seen ! The staff only knows what has been taught to them, I put it all management. The menu to it's finished product assembly is sad to say the least.
The food isn't going to help on this one staff was bad was in there infront of them for 3-5 min before any acknowledgement of being there 3 people 2 talking and one by the fire oven

I've been to this location quite a few times and it seems quite a few of the workers ( which is usually always different people ) are somewhat lazy. They put the bare minimum of toppings even if you ask for extra. The pizza is usually under cooked with dough still raw or over cooked / burnt on the bottom. When I get lucky with a decent server and good cook, it's great!

Love this place but EVERY SINGLE TIME my pizzas are burnt to a crisp and my cheesey bread was so burnt that my son didn’t touch it. But when I saw other pizzas coming out they were super nice. Makes me sad. Also they were having issues with my transaction and they sounded really bothered but I was never told what was happening. My points were taken off my account with blaze and money was taken out of husbands bank account and I was just left hanging. Idk shrug city. Could be better.
