They decided to close early on a Friday because “ehhhhhhh we been making pizzas all day and were exhausted”.

Everything was great except the food! I came in for the first time to try this because I cook at home 95% of the time and rarely eat fast food. I have been on a strict diet of no sugar, no gluten, no processed food, etc. I ate a 4 cheese pizza and a few hours later I was bloaded and feeling sick. I realized that the dough they use contains animal (trash)
By them having a vegan dough means that the classic dough contains something other than flour, water, yeast, and salt. I make pizza often at home so pizza dough should automatically be free of animal "trash"
I'm not vegan but our fast food is poison. Its completely over priced and not healthy at the all. The employees were super friendly but I cant with this American food anymore. After finding out they put blood in the wine, animal guts in wine and food which is why pizza dough cant be called vegan....at this place

food isn't always consistent, but it's always good
sometimes there's too much or too little of something when I order
there's one shift lead at night that's scary
you never know when she's going to be in a good or bad mood
can tell she makes her staff uncomfortable
the blood orange lemonade is the best thing to ever be invented
it's less than a minute away so if I order online it takes me about 4 minutes both ways
super convenient and always delicious

We ordered for curbside pick up. Only had to wait 5 minutes, the food was fresh, the employee was really nice. The inside looked like a great place to sit and eat as well. We got 2-11 inch pizzas and it was more than enough to feed 4 people, and it was tasty.

This blaze pizza stole from me. I ordered multiple deserts that I had assumed the girl at the counter had gotten for me and put in my bag. Big mistake… it’s really sad that in today’s world you can’t trust anyone to get an order right. They didn’t put any of the deserts in the bag and I didn’t realize until I got home and my kids were upset with me. I called to try to get a refund but they told me because I was a walk in I would have to bring the receipt back to the store to get my refund, which just sounds ridiculous and I’m sure they could’ve just looked up my check number and hit refund. They told me I could come in any time.

Anyway, I came back in 2 days later when I had time and the manager tells me she can’t refund it because the check has been closed out and their system won’t allow them to refund…. What a joke!!!! So she takes down my info and says she’ll have to talk to upper management and call later that day to confirm my refund. Well it’s the best day and I still haven’t gotten a call or a refund.

It’s too bad because we loved their pizza but after this situation we’ll never return.

UPDATE: Contacted them like they requested below, they offered me a coupon for a pizza, told me they were in contact with the restaurant to make sure my refund was processed, then went completely silent on me. I never heard back from anyone and they are full on ignoring my emails now!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR ORDER 5 TIMES!!!!

This place is a thief, they didn't give me the food I paid for and refused to provide a refund. My husband has been in contact with them and they refuse to respond to any email. This is a horrible company that can not be trusted. Do not eat here. I will be disputing the charge and will never return to this place again.

The food was ok, nothing out of the norm but the fun thing is that you can build your own pizza which is fun.

Stepped in to order food and some lady bit into a cockroach while I was waiting in line to order WOW all the manger said was “ I’m sorry they come from outside” that was enough for me not to wait in line and order wow disgusting I really hope that young lady seeks medical attention

Best bake cauliflower pizza I have had at Blaze. They put generous amounts of toppings. And the staff is so friendly here. Loved it.

always excited to eat blaze pizza and their pesto cheesy bread!! so so so good!
lines are never long, service is always fast accurate.
BUT above all else, i love coming to this location because of how great all the employees are! everyone is so kind and friendly! ?
