we came 40 minutes before they close and order our food from 3 teenagers, to the one preparing my meatballs I had to tell hem that he was forgetting the ricotta cheese on my order. we were halfway through our dinner and 2 teenagers came to our table and told us that we had to leave because it was time for them to lock the doors, and I replied..is this for real? and he said yes. So we had to take all our food and drinks and go outside and finish eating on the hood of my car. This company NEEDS to teach their employees a little of customer service AT LEAST! I'm not coming back!!

First, let me start by saying I know that all young people work here. The first 2 people to help us you can tell were new, not a problem there. The gentleman that made my pizza did it perfect. The guy working the grill gave my pizza to someone else. Ok that is fine it happens, but to give me the one sitting there nice and cold is wrong. And seeing it did not have one of the toppings on it thinking you can just toss them in the grill for 30 seconds, then toss on a cold pizza is wrong. And to top it off blame the guy that made the said did it wrong, that was the part that made me mad.

Asia is amazing! She's so detailed and almost cero waist of food while she's preparing the pizza, her smile says everything. Thank you, girls!
Me and my wife came into this place and was surprised how amazing this place was. The smell to the pizza out the door and the customer service being amazing and super helpful. The toppings are fresher then any other place in existence. The price on the pizza we got was so worth it all and will be coming back here and ordering here more and more. Be sure to find a person's name Fenney here more and more often.

I asked for extra olives on my pickup order. This seems excessive. I would not come back. There were no people in the lobby or cars in the drive through. The pizza was cold and seems it was prepared before the pickup

My family and I had a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza. We ordered online, excited for a gluten-free/Vegan option, but were told upon arrival that no gluten-free crusts were available. This came as a surprise, given that we placed the order well in advance. Despite our anticipation, the call informing us of the issue came just minutes before our pick-up time. While the employee attempted to diffuse the situation, it left us hungry and frustrated, especially on Valentine's Day. Offering the manager's contact information was appreciated, but didn't address the immediate problem. It's crucial for restaurants to accurately reflect their inventory online to avoid inconveniencing customers. Had we known the option wasn't available, we wouldn't have made the trip, saving time, fuel, and patience. We hope Blaze Pizza takes this feedback seriously to improve future experiences and regain our confidence as customers.

I came in about 20 mins ago. So many red flags im not sure where to start. the guy at the front was eating topings, their portioning is terrible. For the cheesy bread handfuls of flour was being used, pizzas were being overcooked. Terrible. i couldnt even order a pizza seeing that the cheese wasnt even sprinkled on the pizzas but a handful got placed into the middle and spread out by hand. Everytime i come to this location its terrible.
