Stopped for a quick acai bowl made vegan. Chunky monkey. Really quick. Friend staff. Yummy and filling.
The yogurt was very soft except the cheese cake one. At the register it asked for a tip. I am sorry but why tip someone when you are serving yourself. We tip because we are generous but places need to just start paying their employees a good wage and stop relying on the tips

Typical stuff! A couple steps below tropical smoothie. The items aren't nasty but one stop was enough for me. I had the all berry smoothie and a smoothie bowl.

Found a long black hair in my food and the staff refused to do anything about it. Told me it “wasn’t their hair” and that they can’t do any refunds. This place is disgusting.

I'm so disappointed, and it was very Disgusting!!!! Please save your money. It was very sweet and tasted like Applesauce!!! No Acia in it at all, and I questioned them about why it looked like this, and the lady was very rude. You guys need to get it together because this shit is very expensive!! Over $16 with tax for one bowl. Located in Luxor

Got a froyo. The taste was pretty good. The fresh fruit toppings looked fresh. Customer service was pretty good. I was greeted as I walked up and the cashier was very friendly. A little pricey but it was pretty decent.

The Açaí bowls hit the spot - even if the line was long - pretty hefty serving for the price for a fairly healthy option! Seemed to be open morning noon and night!

So many reviews about the bad customer service but let me tell you, it is without a shadow of a doubt the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Refused water to a boy having an allergic reaction from THEIR smoothie even though he asked if there were traces of nuts. Had to get water from the Starbucks next to it. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Terrible terrible terrible.

Good breakfast option if staying at the Luxor - sweet & savoury menu + coffee

3.5 stars really. This place isn’t obviously vegan friendly; nothing is marked on their menu and you have to ask to have honey or yoghurt removed. However it’s the only place I’ve found in Luxor/Mandalay serving anything resembling fresh fruit which has to be worth noting! I had the tropical smoothie bowl and it was very nice.
