Great yogurt bowls, go there every time I come to Vegas

Made smoothie with whey protein without telling that i’m allergic too

I ordered a tropical bowl and was disappointed due to it not matching the picture as advertised. Acai wasn't purple and it was extremely sweet. I dont recommend this place for a healthy option.

Yogurt was good, pay by weight, its Vegas so yes it will cost you if you feel the cup up, good service, clean, liked it!

Service was not great! Associate continued walking moments after we arrived, so we had to wait for her to stop mopping, not wash her hands, and take our order.

The guy working on the crepes was amazing, American crepes were delicious. The girls working there at the counter and making drinks, specifically the blonde girl, need an attitude check. Horrible customer service!!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at Blizz Frozen Yogurt & Desserts inside Luxor Hotel. We bought food, and the chicken was completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. When we returned it immediately, the manager refused to give us a refund because we paid with Apple Pay and did not have the physical card.

Her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. She offered no solutions or alternatives to resolve the problem and simply handed us a blank complaint form, showing no interest in helping us.

We came here to enjoy our vacation and paid for our food, but instead were treated disrespectfully by the staff. It’s unacceptable for any business, especially in a hotel like Luxor, to handle customer complaints this way.

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

I passed by the place and the acai bowls caught my eye, so I decided to try one. I really thought the combination of flavors was incredible. My husband had a vanilla shake, and it was delicious too. The girls were very friendly and attentive, explaining the ingredients of the bowl to me in detail. Without a doubt, it's an excellent place, and I would go back again.

Really enjoyed the juice I had, is very expensive and off putting to see all the bad reviews now after, but nonetheless it tasted great

The staff and food at this Blizz might have kept me alive for my stay in Vegas! I had a detoxifier juice with ice and an Amazon bowl with just Pineapple every day of my 4 day stay and at the last day the whole team remembered me and my order, it was so so sweet and they just took such good care of me - I feel healthier and happier during my stay of this place and the fantastic
staff! Thank you so much, please stop by and support these great people (tip well) and get yourself some fruits and veggies to take care of yourself in Vegas!

Stopped for a quick acai bowl made vegan. Chunky monkey. Really quick. Friend staff. Yummy and filling.

The crepes were quite good and doesn't take long for staff to make them.
