Had the pork belly burnt end banh mi. Had potential, but the pork was over smoked/seasoned and overpowered the typical banh mi flavors instead of complementing them. Not bad (and the roll was great) but fell short of what it could have been.
Had the brisket which was tasty although a far cry from the best of Texas BBQ. Portion size was good with some decent fat and lean meat mix. Flavor was a little lacking and wished there was a more complex smoke and spice flavor.
The brisket LOOKED juicy and tender, but when I took a bite it was dry and tasteless. Would not recommend this place, especially with the price. You basically pay $20 for two strips of brisket on a slice of toast.
