Look I barely go 5 out of 5 on any rating but this one was a special call out and a surprise. The food was amazing especially the crispy eggplant bites, hot n sour soup and szechuan prawns. Ambience was classy as was the service. My only gripe was the pricing which for Vegas must be the norm for an institution as this.
Once again we went to Blossom and it was great as usual. The hostess was very friendly and our reservation was solid. No waiting for the table. The service was good and the food was too! We had the Santa Barbara prawns and they were delicious.  Everything was good. Daniel always remembers us and helps with recommendations. Great time!
Had a reservation for 8pm and our show was over a little early and so we arrived for our reservation early, they took us back after about a 20min wait. The host was friendly, the atmosphere was accepting and features/accents were beautiful. Our server was very informative as it was our 1st time dining at Blossom. The water was not the best had a slight unfriendly taste but our entrees made up for that. I would recommend Blossom to anyone looking to enjoy Chinese/Cantonese dining.
