Exquisite rooms with above average Chinese food. The entire staff was very nice but their service was disjointed. Sometimes it was fast, sometimes it was slow and for an extended period I was invisible. Blossom’s owners and managers are guilty of the current, rampant gouging criticisms flooding the Internet with the usual we will not be coming back to Vegas ending. That is not true for me but if you are going to charge $13 for a small bottle of Fiji I can pick up down the hill...
When you first walk in, the decor is striking. It is beautiful and elegant. The food was so good! I had a lychee martini - the first in a long time- and it made me want more. We drank the albarino by the glass which was quite good. We really enjoyed the vermicelli noodle dish and ate it all. The pot stickers were large and delicious. We had a beef dish, but cannot remember which one except that it was really well spiced. We will go back again!
Blossom restaurant in Las Vegas is tucked away in a corner off of the Aria Resort Casino floor.
