The menu at Blossom does not disappoint. We came for a birthday dinner and ordered the half duck, lobster fried rice, and Mongolian beef—all were outstanding. The bar also makes great cocktails (I tried Japanese whiskey for the first time and loved it). The service really shined at the end: they treated us to a complimentary birthday cake and a mango sorbet that was absolutely phenomenal. If you are at Aria, you have to eat here.
Exquisite rooms with above average Chinese food. The entire staff was very nice but their service was disjointed. Sometimes it was fast, sometimes it was slow and for an extended period I was invisible. Blossom’s owners and managers are guilty of the current, rampant gouging criticisms flooding the Internet with the usual we will not be coming back to Vegas ending. That is not true for me but if you are going to charge $13 for a small bottle of Fiji I can pick up down the hill...
We have tried many Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas, and always return to Blossom. The food and service is superior. Their Peking duck is wonderful, and it doesn't have to be pre-ordered.
