BLT Steak

We had an AMAZING time. I am a huge Gordon Ramsey fan. This was my first time in Vegas, and my final night there with my husband he surprised me by taking me to BLT Steak. The seating was great, our waiter was very on point with his service. The food was beyond amazing. The Pop Overs were a great start to our meal. My husband had the ribeye, and I had the lobster. We had the chance to meet with Head chef Ariel Malone who won season 15 Hell's Kitchen. She was great, very nice, sat at our table with us talking, and we were even able to take some pics...If we ever go to Vegas again, we will be eating at BLT steak again. Keep up the great work, Gordon Ramsey made the right choice by choosing Ariel as his head chefThis was May 2016- Just edited and added photos to my original post

I can’t believe these reviews, if you order a medium rare steak, great, comes out medium rare, but top and bottom of steak are charred to a crisp, drinks and side dishes were good, but that’s not why I went there!

Excellent experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The hostess was welcoming and willing to accommodate our request to change the time of our reservation for 5 people. The wait staff was quick, friendly, and obviously well versed on the menu, both traditional and the seasonal. Our waiter suggested some wonderful appetizers and all our food was perfectly prepared. You will not leave this restaurant hungry. The popovers are to die for, the steak wonderfully seasoned and presented at the exact temperature requested, and the potatoes, just excellent. We were too full for dessert, but the options looked incredible. We will return the next time we are in Las Vegas.

The popovers are AMAZING! The roasted beet salad was tasty and unique, the mac and cheese is the best my husband and I have ever had (we shared both the beet salad and mac n cheese). My husband got the cowboy, which is a 22oz ribeye with some bone marrow. He ordered it medium rare and it came out perfectly cooked and delicious. I ordered the 10oz filet mignon, medium. And mine was a little undercooked (which is why I gave 4stars instead of 5) but they had no issue with me asking it to be cooked a little longer. It came back cooked how I like and it was so very good. They get a really nice crust on their steaks! It is a little pricey, but come on, it's a steakhouse on the strip. And the food is fantastic. Also, the staff is great! Our water glasses never got below half full. And they were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I believe BLT is gone for good. It's not listed on the BLT corporate website so I bet it doesn't survive COVID. :( My family loved going to BLT when we're in Vegas. The steaks are incredible as well as the popover rolls...soooooo good! It's sad that this "hidden gem" in the back of Bally's didn't make it.

My favorite restaurant in Vegas, however they are closed currently this should be posted prominently on Trip Advisors web site as well as BLT's web site. Very disappointed!

Wonderful, wonderful restaurant. Excellent service and food. 100 times better than Ramsey’s Steak! Unfortunately, this place closed down when COVID hit and hasn’t been opened since. No word about when or even if it will. I called the Bally’s front desk and nobody has heard anything. I tried to get in touch with BLT corporate office via email and got no reply. Funny thing is everything else in the Caesar’s casinos has reopened already. What’s going on? My plans for our next vacation are on hold until I find out. My family doesn’t want to eat at another steak house. We want BLT back!!!!

Had a GREAT steak and the lobster bisque was outstanding.

We love BLT in Bally's. We go every time we're in LV. Just waiting for it to reopen. The hotel has been open for a while, but not BLT. Has anyone heard anything about the reopening?

Exceptional! Great server, outstanding quality, definitely an upscale experience.

Had the Branzino fish because there is no steak that is worth paying those prices. It was OK but Should have gotten the Sea Bass. The Beet Salad was awesome.
