We had an AMAZING time. I am a huge Gordon Ramsey fan. This was my first time in Vegas, and my final night there with my husband he surprised me by taking me to BLT Steak. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The hostess was welcoming and willing to accommodate our request to change the time of our reservation for 5 people. The wait staff was quick, friendly, and obviously well versed on the menu, both traditional and the seasonal. Our waiter suggested some wonderful appetizers and all our food was perfectly prepared. The popovers are AMAZING! The roasted beet salad was tasty and unique, the mac and cheese is the best my husband and I have ever had (we shared both the beet salad and mac n cheese). My husband got the cowboy, which is a 22oz ribeye with some bone marrow. He ordered it medium rare and it came out perfectly cooked and delicious. I ordered the 10oz filet mignon, medium.
