Great value, amazing sushi at their all you can eat sushi bar. I stopped every time I come to Vegas because I like getting off the strip. Considering that a roll at Sushi Samba is between $30-45, the value here is fabulous with a $32 price tag on all-you-can eat dinner (June 2025).
Blue Fin Sushi in Las Vegas offers a decent, if not spectacular, option for those craving Japanese cuisine. Stepping into the establishment, the ambiance is fairly standard for a sushi restaurant – clean, well-lit, and generally comfortable, though it doesn't boast any particularly unique or memorable decor.

This has been my go-to sushi for 10+ years, and every time is the same great experience. Food is always good & fresh, good atmosphere and good service. It's that kind of place you feel at home and very comfortable. I'll keep coming back!
