This was my first time here. The location is great. The customer service was outstanding. We went here post our 10 year wedding anniversary vow renewal. The drinks are pricey but good. I highly recommend this location.

13$ for a beer?! I understand why they don’t show prices before you order.

Mikey is an absolute cunt. Y'all need to fire his ass before you catch a lawsuit. He made a drink we DIDN'T ask for and then when we said we didnt want it he added a BIG tip and signed for me.

They don't comp drinks at this bar anyone and charge nearly $20 a beer. Not worth it.

Great place for a drink. We tried this place before dinner recently to watch some college football and have a drink. The bartenders were friendly. They had games to play at the bar (black jack, keno, poker, etc.). It was a bit pricey for a makers and coke and blueberry vodka and sprite ($37), but they were heavy pours, so it was well worth it.

Planet Hollywood is perfectly located on the strip and offers accommodations at comparatively lower prices than the higher-end hotels in the area. The two rooms that we booked had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eifel Tower in front of the Paris Hotel and Casino. I cannot say anything negative about the staff; they were friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint - which created a great deal of aggravation - was that there was no housekeeping service for our rooms until I complained to the manager to request fresh towels and get the garbage emptied every day that we were there! In my five decades of travel, I have never stayed at a hotel without daily housekeeping service. I didn't care about having the beds made but I draw the line when it comes to towels and garbage. While I had to wait for half an hour to speak to a manager, she was courteous, arranged for housekeeping service, and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Still, I wonder if this problem is a common reoccurring issue. As an aside, it was too bad that our windows overlooking some remarkable sites were filthy. Yes, I know that the hotel is located in a desert but the windows at the Mirage and Caesars were clean the last time we stayed in Las Vegas.

Room was great and lots of good food, shopping, casinos, and close to many attractions. I do feel that Check-In & Check-Out took extremely too long. Only 3 desk representatives were available for both. Just advise you allow plenty of time for them.

I stayed there for 4 days and my room was not cleaned even once. I called housekeeping several times and got the runaround. Nobody ever came to clean it in the 4 days I was there. They kept asking me if I put a "do not disturb" sign on my door which I never did. I resorted to just asking for clean towels if I can't get a cleaned room and they never delivered. I had to stop one of the cleaning ladies who were assigned to other rooms to beg for a set of towels. The rooms were outdated showing wear and tear on the walls and floors. The floors and bath tub were stained with dirt and who knows what else. Our sink was also clogged and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. Will never stay at this hotel again.

On arrival, the automatic arms to the self-parking garage were malfunctioning, and the arm would not raise. A security guard came by, so we asked him for help. As he rolled by (not even stopping, he said "just push the call button". Um, excuse me, sir, there IS NO CALL BUTTON, which is why we asked you for help. Once the line of cars behind us went around us, we were able to back out and get in through the other gate. Check-in at the self-check-in kiosk was seamless (as other reviews have mentioned the check-in lines were very long, but the kiosks weren't too bad). We got to our room, to find that there were only 2 sets of towels, and we were a party of 3. A room with 2 queen beds should automatically be stocked with 4 sets of towels. The floor around the toilet area had not been mopped and there were spots on the floor. We tried calling housekeeping (at about 4:30 pm) for more towels and to get the floor cleaned but could not speak with a live person. Instead, you have to text with an automated system, which we did. The reply said that they would send someone, but about 2 hours later no one had come. During this time we also received a message that "they were out of towels". Several hours later, we figured maybe they had done some laundry, so we requested towels again. About 20 minutes later we received a similar reply, this time stating their linen delivery was delayed. We went out for the evening and came back about 2am. We stopped by the desk and inquired about towels again. The girl at the desk said, "I'll let my manager know and we will take care of it". So we went to the room, which still had a dirty floor in the bathroom, to get ourselves ready for bed, figuring towels would be delivered shortly, but no! We finally decided we'd just go to sleep because we were tired and I pulled back the bedding to find what looked like dried blood (or some other bodily fluid) stains on the comforter. The bed was made with the bottom sheet, then the gross comforter, then a sheet over the top of the comforter. I was not about to get in between dirty bedding stained with someone else's goo on them! Not wanting to get zero service from the automated system we decided to call the front desk. I explained the dirty linens situation and was told "I'll put in a request to housekeeping and someone will come up as soon as they can". We also asked about towels again, the conversation went like this: PH: We will not have any until tomorrow. Me: How are 3 people supposed to bathe having only two towels? PH: I'm sorry, we should have towels tomorrow. Me: Is the pool stocked with towels? PH: Yes Me: Can we use those towels? PH: Yes, if you use the pool, you can use the towels. ME: Can we get the towels for our room? PH: The towels are available at the pool. ME: What I'm asking is can someone bring towels to our room from the pool, so that we can bathe in our room? PH: I will have someone bring towels to your room. Why was that so hard, and not a solution they actually offered guests? About 30 minutes later someone brought towels from the pool that were the exact same towels stocked in the bathroom. Now it's nearly 4am and we were pretty tired, but still waiting on clean bedding. We called the desk again, for an eta and were told "we cannot give you an eta", and they offered to put in another request for service. We asked to speak to the manager because this was getting ridiculous. She said she would put in a request for the manager and they would come knock on the door. Another 40 minutes later still no bedding and no manager, so we went down to the front desk. This was an experience in and of itself! The guy that "helped" us was arrogant and went out of his way to be UNHELPFUL! He was rude and sarcastic when we asked for a manager and enjoyed the lack of assistance we received from the manager, while he stood there listening. We were told that housekeeping wasn't even on the premises and would not be in until 6am. So why was this not the an

When we arrived at the hotel our 2 rooms were not located together, but on different floors. Front desk staff member Royce was extremely helpful & managed to get us 2 rooms, next to each other, suites, upgrade, with no extra charge. Lovely hotel, great shopping centre, and enjoyed the Criss Angel magic show.

Planet Hollywood - The rooms are fine, but if you want them cleaned - forget it. They don't. Also there is some sort of towel shortage. We had 3 adults in the room. 2 Bath Towels for a 2 night stay. No additional towels available. Minimums are just too high.

Things have changed in the last 5 yrs since I've been to Vegas, and it's not good. Not sure if it has anything to do with COVID, but the lack of services, the amenities, and just the overall appearances of the hotel and Vegas in general just isn't appealing anymore. Upon checking in, there's just not enough front desk staff to check people in. We waited almost an hr before we got to the front. One good thing we got from our stay was that we got a room upgrade to a fountain view on the 27th floor to overlook the Bellagio fountains along with the view of the Paris hotel and the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. But one problem with that was the window view wasn't that good because they had one of those vinyl banner ad on the outside of the windows. So the view was dark and not clear unless u stand at a certain distance in the room. So paying an additional $40 per night for that room upgrade was undesirable. It would of been nice if they don't stick all those banner ads on the windows to block the whole view that you've paid additional for or at least use more clear and lighter materials for the banner. With the room upgrade fees, I have to mention the resort fees are outrageous! $52 per night is even more than the actual rate we paid for our room. Also when did hotels start charging for parking? We had to pay an additional $16 per night for being their customer and parking in their lots. So after all said and done, our hotel rate doubled because of all those added fees. I still really don't understand the whole resort fees and what it includes, cause we really didn't utilize any of it except for the WiFi, which was slow. Another thing we noticed was that it didn't look like our room was serviced very well. The carpet looked dirty and had hair all around. There was a smell in the shower area. The water pressure was low. And with the bathtub, please look at the pictures I included regarding the faucet. Whoever put this in did not have a brain on how to build a bathtub. The faucet is so short that it barely reaches out to the tub opening. You can't wash your hair underneath the faucet cause it's too short and it's to the point where it's so short that water can trickle on the base of the tub making it possible to spill over onto the floor. Just ridiculous! The next day, we went out to enjoy the Strip and later came back to our room in the late afternoon to find out our room wasn't serviced. There were no new towels, Kleenex, trash wasn't taken out, and bed wasn't done. Called front desk to ask, and they said due to staffing, they can't get to all rooms. Really?! Actually had to call twice to request the trash to be taken out and new towels and they still didn't send anyone up. Asked about the towels and they made up some excuse saying there was some sorta fire at the towel factory so they didn't get a shipment that day so we would have to wait until the next morning. So we had to reuse our towels after we tossed it on the ground thinking we would get new towels. The very next day, we were out and came back later in the day and still our room never got serviced. Called front desk and told them the same story and this time they said housekeeping needs to be requested. So not sure when this started happening and if this is for all hotels in Vegas. But we weren't aware of needing to request room service. And also our room didn't have one of those door hanger sign to leave out. When finally someone came up to tidy up our room (2 days later), we were told that whenever u call the front desk for request, it sometimes automatically forwards to a messenger company in a different country (Philippines) and they would message the request to whoever in the hotel. So either they got really cheap with labor or they're that lazy. Like I said, not sure if this has anything to do with COVID, but staying in Las Vegas before was never like this. Also the pool closes way too early! It's in the middle of summer, and the pool

PH is having a real problem with theives breaking into guest rooms. It happened on my son’s recent trip. Absolutely no security at the elevators to the guest rooms. Stay at the Venetian. It will cost you more up front, but feeling safe is worth the extra expense. My 22 year old son did lose his drivers license on day 2. There was plenty of security running him out of the casino. A photo of his license and his college ID were useless. It turned out to be a dreadful experience for him. Guest Beware…
