If Chicken Tenders are your jam... Then YOU MUST TRY THEIRS!!! They are HUGE and so tender and juicy!!! All the food here is amazing. And HEIDI was an absolute doll! She's super attentive and has an amazing personality! Most people just drive by but it's definitely worth the stop in.

We were excited to check out Blue Ox Central after moving nearby—hoping to find a cozy, local spot to make our go-to. The food was surprisingly good (props to the kitchen!), but the experience was completely overshadowed by the bartender on duty, Kylie.
It was honestly wild—Kylie seemed more intoxicated than our entire group, and we were just there to unwind. She could barely stand straight behind the bar, slurred through interactions, and forgot put in for some of our food order entirely. As the night went on, her behavior became even more erratic and uncomfortable to witness.
We get that every bar has its off nights, but this felt beyond unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the vibe had potential. We won’t be returning during her shift, and hope management takes note.

Food was not worth eating, if the cook and the waitress spent more time doing their jobs rather than at the bar with the bartender, it would not have taken an hour and ten mins to have the food ready, fries were cold and hard while the burger was so undercooked it was thrown away. Save your money and go to Taco Bell.

Their food is delicious I had a side salad wit my meal and the salad was so fresh and crispy all food was good nice waitress also
The waitress was nice. The food was …meh. I am from Minnesota and I didn’t get a Minnesota vibe at all. The mushrooms on the mushroom burger were obviously canned mushrooms. The steak was like paper and unflavored. The baked potato was good.

I've lived in Las Vegas since 2013. I understand how gaming bars work. Bartender said just make sure you bet at least $1 per bet and I can comp your drinks. Done deal. Cash out, ask for tab. $79 for two fish n chips and a few beers. "Oh sorry I can only comp a couple beers" WHAT??? NICE JOB TREATING LOCALS LIKE TRASH. Food was decent and came out fast. That's the only positive thing I can say.
