The prices in Las Vegas, even off strip have become ridiculous. The BlueOx is an affordable cozy dive bar that's right off the strip adjacent to the airport. I had a plate of fish and chips and a couple of beers for about $30. They're easy to get to and it doesn't hurt the wallet.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. The bartender working during my visit, named Kylie, spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Several of her comments about my appearance made me extremely uncomfortable, and the overall tone of the interaction felt judgmental and unwelcoming. For one example, I asked for a drink refill and Kylie rolled her eyes and stated “you’ll be lucky I don’t spit in it” and walked away.
No guest should ever feel singled out or spoken to like that. I hope management addresses this, because the environment did not feel safe or inclusive, and I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience.

Great place but now they’re not showing the Vikings games b/c they don’t want to buy the NFL pkg! What?? Don’t call yourself a Minnesota bar then. We had a great time there every game we watched there last year but now forget it. We won’t go. What a stupid decision.

The bartender told me they got rid of their NFL Ticket subscription so cannot watch all the weekly Vikings games. What's the point of a Minnesota bar that doesn't air the Vikings games! Now go to Blue Ox Tavern on Sahara.

Was nice to hang out and catch up and have a few bites to eat.
We were looking for a place to eat after the Wizard of Oz and every place we stopped was packed. We just happened to pass this place and said let's try it. We were immediately greeted by Chelsea, she was super friendly. Her food and drink suggestions were 100% on point. Drinks were fabulous, food was fantastic, service was beyond excellent. We will definitely make this a go to when we are her.

The food here is always fantastic. Some of my favorite bar food. The chicken tenders are huge and full of meat. Beer batter fries and homemade chips are really good. Highly recommend. Also love that this place doesn’t smell like cigarettes like most bars do.
