My first time dining at Blue Ribbon at the Cosmopolitan was during my trip in July, and the experience was so good that I made sure to return tonight. Ashley and Shiela made me feel like a true VIP on my last visit, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. I’m excited to be back and can’t wait to try the prime rib this evening!

Food and cocktails were wonderful … and even more so, the hospitality. As a solo traveler/diner, it was a pleasure to have connections from the team. Tim, Matt, Sheelah, Stan…you made me feel welcome. Thank you!

This review is long overdue and I do not usually leave reviews but this restaurant is exceptional and goes above and beyond! We booked for my birthday dinner in July and they remembered they had cancelled our reservation for hubby's bday in February and treated him to a birthday dessert along with a personal apology.
Their grilled Dourade is to die for along with pasta which they will make to order as per your preference. Must order their hot honey chicken wings too omg so yummy!
Food is exceptional along with service - we are looking forward to our Anniversary dinner In less than two weeks. This restaurant has become our favourite and could eat there every week if we didn't live so far away!

What an incredible meal! The Seabass was one of the best I have ever had! The cheese fondue is a must! Service was amazing and the place has such a fantastic location in the middle of Las Vegas trip. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional food and service.
The Blue Ribbon restaurant at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas was absolutely exceptional!
Pressed for time before a show, we opted for a lighter meal, but even our brief visit left a lasting impression.
The French Onion Soup and Crab Cake were nothing short of spectacular, each bite bursting with rich, balanced flavor that felt like fireworks on the palate. The depth of flavor, attention to detail, and presentation all reflected the high caliber of this establishment.
The ambiance was equally impressive, elegant yet inviting, with service that was both attentive and efficient. We left thoroughly impressed and already planning our return for a full-course experience.

This restaurant is average, leaning towards below average. The food was disappointing; it was old, lukewarm, and seriously overpriced for the quality. Charging $45 for a burger and lukewarm fries is simply unjustifiable. I had low expectations due to the restaurant's average appearance, and I anticipated a high price tag because of its location in a hotel. While the staff was friendly, I find it hard to recommend this place to my colleagues and friends. There are definitely better dining options available elsewhere.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Cosmopolitan. It doesn't have the flashy neon signs and loud music, but it has a great atmosphere. The food and drinks are AMAZING.
We were seated by the maitre'd, where he told us the history of the restaurant and the founders. That was quite interesting. Our waiter was from Italy and he was above and beyond the best server I've had in years. So full of personality. I ordered the GGG drink and it was amazing. For appetizer, we ordered the shishito peppers with a lemon soy dipping sauce. Excellent. For dinner, we ordered the stuff sea bass which was sooo good. It was stuffed with scallops, crab, shrimp and i couldn't get enough. We also ordered the baked lobster. Again amazing. We were too full for dessert. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place. You'll get much better service over those flashy restaurants across the way.

My husband and I are in town for our anniversary and staying at the Cosmopolitan. We searched to find restaurants located in the hotel and found this amazing gem! The food was absolutely amazing! We started with the deviled eggs, each ordered a salad (Greek salad and the wedge salad). Both were delicious and hearty. I ordered the stuffed sea bass and it was the best fish dish I have ever eaten. My husband had the prime rib and was very pleased. The food quality was excellent and prepared well, full of flavor. The portions were generous and the atmosphere was welcoming and swanky. Our waiter, Roger, was very friendly, professional and fun. We were too full for dessert, but they kindly brought over a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream and strawberries. I would absolutely recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

We had a truly amazing experience at this restaurant today! The oysters were absolutely delicious — fresh and flavorful. But what impressed us the most was the atmosphere and the exceptional service.
The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely made an effort to create a warm and memorable experience for us. We felt so well taken care of throughout the evening.
A very special thank you to Shayna (sorry if I misspelled your name!), who went above and beyond — her kindness, attention to detail, and positive energy truly made our day. We’re so grateful for her and the entire team!
Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing experience from beginning to end!
Steak tartare was outstanding, the fried chicken was hands down the best I've ever had. The manager also brought out their wasabi honey for us to try, which was even better than the honey it comes with.
The chocolate chip bread pudding was also great.
Warm towels were brought out to curb the mess of the fried chicken.
Service was fantastic!
Easily in my top 3 restaurants we've visited in Vegas !
