This was our first time here even though we have walked past the restaurant a 100 times. We are not that into sushi, but our friends said they had the best fried chicken they have ever tasted. Funny for a sushi place to have fried chicken - but we tried it. We had several "rolls" as appetizers and all of them were very good. We all had the fried chicken which came with a nice spicy sauce and was very tender inside and a wonderful flavor -- I would go back tomorrow and order it again. We also had several different fried rice dishes which were all loaded with whatever you ordered. We had the shrimp fried rice and I could have made a meal out of that. We had 3 orders of rolls and then 1 order of chicken and a fried rice per couple (we shared the rolls). I would recommend getting an order of chicken for each person. Its not that the portions are small - but could have used a bit more to eat. Our server was excellent and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend.
Ordered off of Prix Fixe dinner menu, remarkable value and high-quality (ordered the sushi platter as the entrée). Spouse ordered the steak frites with sauce on the side, came served with sauce poured on top. Returned, reserved, only to find the steak was extremely tough and hard to chew, very disappointed with this entrée. Waited 10 to 15 minutes for dessert to be served, got tired of waiting and left after paying the bill. It's obvious this venue cannot handle the moderate amount of people that were present that evening. i'm being very generous rating four stars.
Consistently good food and service. High quality fish and steak. Great selection of Japanese whiskey.
This was our first time eating here. We were really impressed. Service and food was outstanding. My wife and I are Sushi lovers and we found the food some of the best we've had.
Friday night , dinner has there special good fresh , the to make managers ready made a great difference on our service
One of our favorite restaurants of all time. We have even been to the NY and Boston locations. But Las Vegas is the best one hands down. Always fresh ingredients, friendly staff, chill atmosphere. The spicy tuna crispy rice and the bread pudding are NOT to be missed.
Service was great. The moment we sat down our server was there greeting us and bringing us water. He was very attentive all throughout our dinner. Front of house manager came by a few times as well to make sure we had everything we needed and that the food was to our liking. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience The food was wonderful. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu. My husband had the chirashi bowl which was fresh and abundant. I ordered the spicy scallop cut roll, Sakana San Shu (not on HH menu) wagyu fat fries, and chicken bites. Everything was delicious. The rolls were fresh, fries were crispy and chicken bites were crunchy and the chili sauce & wasabi honey was perfectly balanced flavor. We were seated in a booth across from the sushi bar. It was loud at times from people nearby and we were also along the path from the front of the restaurant to the back so a lot of people passing by. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely go back again.
Wow, Blue Ribbon Sushi was OUTSTANDING! We had the fixed price menu between 4 of us and were blown away. Outstanding flavors and lots of food! Highly recommend and will be going back!
The sushi fresh and tasty. Bucket of wings and smash burger were amazing Service was great
We've been there twice. We like sashimi. We tried the omakase $125. Not that unreasonable. It's alot of fish so bring your appetite. So last week I had a chirashi bowl and my wife had a sashimi deluxe.
We also had some uni 3 ways that the chef made for us.
All in all we like it, it's fresh good variety very attentive. We will return.

Absolutely amazing. Our server was amazing and extremely helpful. Food came out at a great time rate. Will be back again m!
Sushi was excellent, as was the Seared Teriyaki Salmon and Wagu Burger. Our waitress, Nina, was top notch. She was sharp and attentive, along with her team our water glasses were refilled often and used dishes removed promptly. The host staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend the food and the team at Blue Ribbon Sushi & Grill.
Bogus happy hour (social hour). What a ripoff!
Lousy food with strip prices.

Eye watering prices for food that is just not worth it. As a single diner, had miso soup and four pieces of unspectacular sashimi (including toro, tuna belly, which is normally exceptional), meal was over $50 for one person. The restaurant was very quiet.

Good food. Attentive servers. Nice atmosphere. Reserved table was ready for us when we arrived. Blue Ribbon Sushi is on our list.
