Light dinner @ 7:00 pm Saturday. Maybe 25% of tables were occupied. Nobody seated at either bar. Nicely appointed, cozy restaurant. Mrs and I ordered edamame in advance of California Roll and Tiger Roll. California Rolls (6) were smaller than expected but tasty. Tiger Roll was also good. Prices were competitive. Service was friendly, attentive and professional.

Service was attentive and prompt, and very friendly! The menu had many unique options for sushi and sashimi not usually found at other sushi restaurants, everything was super fresh and delicious! Highly recommend

No complaints my wife and I have been there before and I always say you get what you paid for and the quality and attention to detail show in the food

Our server was amazing. We had a few questions regarding some limitations nutritionally and she was so knowledgeable! The food and service was amazing!!!

Music was obnoxious. Took my son for his 17th birthday and we were seated in the bar. Main part of restaurant is beautiful but the bar area just has a way more casual feeling. The blaring 80's music does not match the vibe or food.

We look forward to having dinner here when we're in LV. I start off with the lychee martini —which is as good as the one I love in Hong Kong while my husband and son love their old-fashion with Japanese whiskey and plum wine. Our favs are the shishito peppers with teriyaki and bonito flakes, Masu & truffle and Kanpachi & yuzu, and spicy tuna crispy rice, and sashimi platter. Their sashimi is always fresh and presented well. Our grand-girls love the bucket of crispy chicken wings and French fries fried in duck fat—I agree with them!

We came here with a group of 15 and had an amazing time and enjoyed the food thoroughly! The staff was incredible and accommodated our request for a large table! Highly recommend the Blue Ribbon platter.

Had dinner for our 22nd Anniversary...love Blue Ribbon Sushi..ordered our favorite bottle of “Green Ridge” Sake which is always so good. Had an appetizer of Hawaiian Poke, Edamame and the chicken bites. We love BRS sashimi....ordered the deluxe..Chef made us a special platter for the occasion. Topped all of this off with dessert...ordered the Moshi and the staff brought us an extra little dessert of ice cream sundae!!! Staff is attentive and always so friendly. One of our favorite places to go!!

Jennifer and Yesse were great! There was a small snafu with my entree, and management took care of it by giving us a discount, besides that everything was superb—the service, the food, etc. The Prix Fix menu is definitely a great value for your money, two from our party ordered and it was all delicious, smaller portions, mind you, but very filling! We also loved their lychee martinis—not too sweet, but packed with tropical flavor!

Food is outstanding. Not sure how it compares in price to other places but great sushi costs a bit. The service is outstanding. We come here 5-6 times a year and never disappointed.

So now we have a new favorite spot for sushi. Start to finish, a really delicious meal. Shared tempura shrimp to start that was excellent. For me, the spicy tuna roll was just absolutely the best—just the right amount of spice. Other rolls were great with incredibly fresh ingredients. Ginger bread pudding—shared—for dessert and it was an amazing end to a really good meal. Service is stellar. This was our first visit and it will be the first of many to come. Don't know why it took us so long to try it but we're so glad we finally did.

First time dining here. It was our anniversary dinner. Service was amazing, sushi was outstanding. Also had short ribs and sea bass entrees. We will definitely put this on our list of favorites.

Beyond Delicious...Food is an another level and we were treated so well...6 stars out of 5!
