Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill - Red Rock

Food is outstanding. Not sure how it compares in price to other places but great sushi costs a bit. The service is outstanding. We come here 5-6 times a year and never disappointed.

So now we have a new favorite spot for sushi. Start to finish, a really delicious meal. Shared tempura shrimp to start that was excellent. For me, the spicy tuna roll was just absolutely the best—just the right amount of spice. Other rolls were great with incredibly fresh ingredients. Ginger bread pudding—shared—for dessert and it was an amazing end to a really good meal. Service is stellar. This was our first visit and it will be the first of many to come. Don't know why it took us so long to try it but we're so glad we finally did.

First time dining here. It was our anniversary dinner. Service was amazing, sushi was outstanding. Also had short ribs and sea bass entrees. We will definitely put this on our list of favorites.

Prefix was delicious and great value. The tempura shrimp w/wasabi mayo was delicious. The batter was super lite. Spicy tuna role was yummy! Excellent sushi meal!

Enjoyed lunch with the wife this afternoon. She had a Sushi Platter that she described simply delicious along with a bowl of Miso soup and a seaweed salad. I had a wagyu smash burger with fries. The quality and quantity of the dishes served was excellent. We will be visiting Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill again!

Our experience here is always memorable and the enjoyable. The smash burger is the best burger we've ever had. I'm not even exaggerating. It's THE best burger of all time. The fried chicken too! Can't say enough about the smash burger and the fried chicken. Such nice servers and bartenders too! Thanks!

Our server, Jennifer, is kind and wonderful. We are regulars at Blue Ribbon because the food is delicious and the service is phenomenal!
