Horrible experience. Lady at the register was rude. She was having issues with the register and used her frustration to be extremely unpleasant.

The garlic noodles and hot chicken wings were a perfect match, so delicious that I forgot to snap a picture!

Seriously, it would have been better for me not to try this place. Now, I’m going to crave it and not be able to have it unless I fly back to Vegas. It was the best food I ate all week, and I ate at the Wynn, Wicked Spoon, and Bacchanal. The garlic noodles with shrimp (partner had it with tofu) is just divine. Please come here so that it stays in business for the next time I visit.

Way over priced! The pho soup at any Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown is much better for way less. $25 for a bowl of pho? Seriously? The food court was packed but no one was in line at Blue Saigon. If you want more business lower your prices.

Good but expensive

From the Bay to Vegas, this place always hits the spots when you want noodles and chicken. Service is friendly, plenty of seating since it's in the food court. Always a hit.

Food was little bit pricey, but what would one expect in Las Vegas and was decent. I just ordered and get the food, nothing special about the service. There was no place to sit, that is something I hated a lot, but it is not the restaurants fault. You need to take your food and go out.

While walking through the Venetian food court, we saw this place had chicken and waffles. We love chicken and waffles, but we have no idea why a Vietnamese restaurant would have that. So anyway, we got it We also got a kiwi strawberry lemonade and a mango lemonade. The food took about 15 minutes, we were given a buzzer so we could sit and wait. The chicken and waffles was so fresh. The waffle had a nice crispy outside and soft inside, and the wings were crunchy and flavorful. There were 6 wings, I couldn't even eat them all. The lemonades were both good. I definitely left full.Again, I'm not sure why they are serving chicken and waffles, but they should keep doing it.

Honestly, this is the most expensive coconut I've ever purchased!! At a little over $14 a pop, I'd probably still do it all over again. Lmao!! No lie, the love for coconut juice/water with my little one is too real. We passed by Blue Saigon and she wouldn't allow for us to continue navigating through the food court without buying one. A huge thank you to the Hispanic gal working the front and register. She was kind enough to go out of her way and find a "heavy" coconut, ensure lots of liquid. I honestly wasn't even sure what she was doing until I asked why she was being selective. 5 stars for our purchase of the coconut and the service provided. My daughter enjoyed every single drop!!!

Legit pho place for easy access. I would come here again to avoid driving off the strip.

Great food for a food court, but it is pricey. $21 for a beef pho, but I guess food is expensive on the Strip.

It is a bit pricey, but really worth it. I've been twice now and the food has been tasty on both occasions. Shrimp Pho and Masubis are my go to. The lemonade is a must as well. Friendly staff. Try it out, it is perfect for the cooling down weather.

High levels of salt and sodium lives here!!!! If you're looking for something that won't raise your blood pressure, stay away from this spot. Also you get one add to your noodles, and full price for any additional item. Yeah they won't tell you, until after they have charged you! I had the beef, crunchy and salty, also had the tofu, salty and tasted refried. Not a fan and once was more than enough for me! The knowledge of the items, and service was lacking so for that reason and many others, #imout! ✌?Spent $40, the best thing about this meal was the Mela Watermelon Water!
