The male Manager/ owner was awesome very helpful, kind and professional. Food was fantastic! Beautiful and peaceful ambiance. Staff was very nice. The male manager gave me my food on the house because there was a miscommunication with the staff at the front. He was a Very kind man. Definitely recommend this place!

I really love this sushi place. It is our date night place however the server who wears the mask makes me extremely uncomfortable. It's impersonal.

This place is a whole vibe! My husband and I are out here from Colorado for a concert! We decided to have a nice dinner and this place knocked it out of the park!!Elina was super sweet and so knowledgeable! Loved her personality!! Olivia was so great! She’s super friendly and definitely someone I’d want to be my server everytime!!! The food was so fresh and affordable! Definitely worth the money. 10/10 recommend the mountains edge roll!

Absolutely wonderful all around.

My waitress was very nice and cordial.

I am a big fan of sashimi and this didn’t disappoint. The sashimi is wonderful. Although the wasabi was a little more mild than I am used to.

For desert I had the lava cake and was just dying to see if the center was molten. It was absolutely perfect. Not many restaurants do a good lava cake. The inside must run out like lava when cut. It must flow smoothly and easily. This was wonderful with a rich chocolate flavor.

The food is good and I eat there or takeout at least once a month. On Friday, 9/27 I ordered takeout for lunch and didn’t get any chopsticks or napkins. Very annoyed and I hope the owner will see this and address it to the staff.

This is our go to sushi place in Mountains Edge. We bring visitors also. Never had anything we didn't like. Tvs have current sport playing. We had the Red Devil, Emerald roll, and Las Vegas Roll, Big Rainbow and a Yellowtail Nigri. The Miso soup is nice and hot. Love the staff!

We’ve tried so many sushi places around town and we love Bluebei for a date night or for a family night. My husband and I always get the Emerald Roll and the kids enjoy a California roll and the noodle dish. Their spicy edamame is also delicious! Would highly recommend.

Good sushi but the waitress Bella has to be the most rude waitress I’ve ever come across. She referred to her colleague in a negative way and made multiple rude comments. Made the dining experience not pleasing.

Very delicious. Second time coming and the sushi is fresh and melts in your mouth. I got the Bento Box A under lunch specials and the Mountains Edge Roll! I will definitely be coming back again.
