Service was really slow. Food was Ok but nothing special
Everything was fabulous. I didn't get our waiter's name but he was one of the best we have had! The service and the food was perfect.
The food here is excellent and the ambience is great as well. The chicken quesadilla was quite good—almost perfect. The tap beer is fantastic, the wings are spot-on, and the salad was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great experience
The service was good, liked the big TV screens, mostly high top tables would've liked the regular table. Regular tables in the front were exposed to the smoke from the casino. The food was just OK. Steak sandwich was good. Wings were good. Fish and chip chips were over done . Was tough to cut through the fried exterior. Garlic Parmesan fries were soggy not enjoyable. Don't know if they had dessert. The waiter did not offer it.
The service and food were horrible. $20 for a small burnt burger and it took forever to get the food even with it not being busy. There were plenty of staff just walking around at leisurely pacing. Our waitress barely said 1 word to us and didn’t bother to say anything when handing us the bill. I would not recommend going here, there plenty of other places to eat.
Chicken wings were salty, overpriced.lemonade was good.but never again.
The waitress appeared distressed, and our food was lukewarm. The inadequate service should have been more efficient.
Nachos, Quesadillas Cauliflower wings and Onions rings are good but Chicken wings are not that good!!
Disappointing Experience at PT’s Wings
Our late-night snack was good, and our server was great—no complaints there. However, our experience took a ridiculous turn when we tried to leave. Since it was late, the entrance had a chain up. As we were exiting, we accidentally dropped the chain, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the hostess immediately started yelling at us. She acted as if we had caused major damage to the restaurant when in reality, it was a simple accident.
Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and I’ve never encountered such a nasty interaction from a staff member. To make it even more absurd, as we walked away, she bent over and smacked her bottom at us—basically making it clear she didn’t care about the situation or how she was representing the business. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, she actually called security to track us down in the casino, which was beyond unnecessary.
It’s a shame because the food and service were otherwise solid, but this experience left a really bad impression. Definitely won’t be back
I was in town for a convention with a couple co workers and Josh gave us great hospitality both times we stopped in while staying at the hotel

The first time my family and I were here, it was amazing. The second time it has to be the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Ordered a appetizer and the food. 30 minutes later we got the food and the appetizer. The fries and wings were cold. Our waiter came by 3 times the entire time we were here, take the order, bring napkins, then to bring the bill. We were here for over an hour and half. A waiter who wasn't even assigned to the table took better care of us. Better off going to mcdonalds. You would get better service and food there and at half the price
PT's Wings & Sports has relatively descent bar food offerings. Much like most tourist trap related venues, they're not really trying too hard. I've eaten at WAY worse places. I had their Double Western Burger, but chose to have it without the Cole slaw. It probably presents better with the cole slaw left on, but the burger was still pretty descent. The rest of the family had carne asada tacos, Caesar's salad, club sandwich, and their egg sandwich. No complaints from them. Fries were closer to luke warm than hot. All in all, there's worse and better for more money or less money. Chances are you'll likely find something you'd eat and potentially like here.
Not the best food or service. Food was mediocre and service was not the best either. If it's one or the other it's one thing but both were bad.
I’ve eaten at this restaurant at least 50 times and have never left disappointed. PTs has been serving food in the Valley for years and this is definitely their best effort.
The staff does an incredible job considering the crowd at time — “professional complainers” types who want free food (or cheaper food in a hotel on the Strip 😆) plus they serve a lot of big parties.
I give the atmosphere 3 stars because it gets loud in the back bar with all of the TVs + bad acoustics. I’d rather listen to music than sports commentators.
I also disagree with the $1.50 to go charge per item. I can understand the need for the charge as paper supplies cost money but it does not cost you $1.50/item. And, if your a high level player, these to go charges should be waived.
Once again, there are no food pictures as I came here starving.
But the service here was great. The food came out fairly quickly and every staff member was very helpful, whether they were waiting on our table or not.
I had the Roasted Half Chicken which was absolutely delicious! I must first say, I was taken aback at how goodt this dish tasted as I initially had my expectations set on mediocre. BUT, that first bite of that perfectly cooked and crisped chicken, had my belly and taste buds beyond pleased. So much so that I ate all my leftovers cold and still thoroughly enjoyed it. The potatoes were also seasoned well with the brocolini doing what it needed to do with that crunch.
Overall, this place is a gem located in The Strat that delivers on the customer service and a perfect chicken dish!
