This place is run by teenagers. Don’t expect to place order for pickup and NOT wait additional 20 MIN for TEA. Not even food. Literally 2 drinks. Lost my business. Packed full of kids and so unorganized.

There is a young lady in there with another younger gentlemen it is December 10th around 2pm and she has the worst attitude horrible customer and no respect all for not just for the youth that attends Durango but adults as well. If she is under pressure please keep her in the back away from your guest this was my first time here and never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service at a boba place at that! I felt bad for the young gentlemen who is the cashier he was trying his hardest to still be polite even after the lady was so disrespectful she doesn’t need to be around him she’s very bad energy

We ordered for delivery. The garlic shrimp was AMAZING! And the crab rangoons and mitsubi, and red bean sesame calls were divine. Chicken katsu was ok. Bubble tea was very good but cups are small.

It's really a mixed feeling because, well, yeah, it's good in general as a "restaurant". It's just depends on the day and time. For example, if it's a school day after school hours, it would be mixed as it's crowded in there and filled with students, which can be either good or bad to eat in. That's mainly one problem. If it's outside of school hours, it's plenty fine. Moving on, the food tastes extremely good, as well as the boba. It has a wide variety of food and boba in the "restaurant" so yeah you will find something to order inside of this restaurant. The service as well is quite good as the food comes in fast and there are good workers there. Overall, this is a good little "restaurant".

I was on the way home and i was hungry for hawaian food.
Food: I ordered the Large loco moco. Comes with Mac salad, rice, hamburger meat, gravy and you can have your eggs done anyway you ask. Good food, but i haven't tried the boba yet.
Service: The service was friendly and prompt.
Ambiance: There was a couple tables inside. Looks like this buisness gets a lot of ubereats. They have a nice size menu for boba and the same goes for hawaiian food. But the menu past 930 on the tv screen was turned off for some reason.
Parking pretty open at night since it is near closing and most of the buisness around it is closed.
They always close early claiming the chefs either left or closed down the kitchen 1-2 hours before they close

Going there for years. Food is great. Inside could use a fresh coat of paint now. I usually alternate having their orange chicken, short ribs and the Loco Moco all with rice and the best Mac salad. The Boba drinks aren't my thing but they have those tasty Hawaiian tropical juices. Never disappointed and reasonable prices.

Today I had a terrible experience, I was so thirsty and craving something refreshing and sweet, I took my whole family there and the girl who was the cashier was on her personal phone laughing and talking, having a personal conversation, she didn't even acknowledge that me and my whole family were there waiting to be attended but never happened l, I felt so ignored that I would NEVER go there and I would advise everyone else to avoid the place while this person still on charge of the cashier.Terrible experience I had to walk out with empty hands.
