I don’t typically leave reviews on restaurants, but I feel it needs to be brought to someone’s attention. My sister and her friends typically enjoy this place but on two separate occasions we have found hair in our drinks. I found one in mine a while ago and I thought it was just a simple mistake, I understand I work in food service as well. But then we returned and my sister found a hair in her drink as well. I don’t think we will be returning.

I ordered from a delivery service and while the fried rice was a bit bland, the portion was fair. The Mac salad had well cooked noodles, a good amount of dressing, and a good portion. It was pretty good but there’s a pretty overpowering raw onion flavor and smell to it, wish it was a bit more toned down and balanced. Loved the boba, wish the size was larger. Cream cheese wontons or crab Rangoon were pretty bland, didn’t have enough filling, and the portion was too small for the price and what you get from each. The sweet and sour sauce saves them. I’d order again, just a basic cheap Chinese food, you know what to expect.

Drove all the way from the North side for my go too which is the Hawaiian Slush and Beef Chow Fun. Go in the car opened it up only to see Chow Mein. Went back in cashier and cook went back & forth in their language only for the cashier to tell me they run out of Chow Fun. Took her a minute to give me the refund. Hawaiian Slush was HORRIBLE, NO TASTE, WATERED DOWN!!! Very DISAPPOINTING... I was even curious to know if it was new owners because they seemed like they had no clue of what they were doing. And the cook spoke no English and the cashier very little. What happen with this place, even the back counter had cups and containers of all the used boba drinks just lined up like they just left them there and did not wash it out, so unsanitary! It look disgusting like it's been sitting for awhile.

This place used to be good. Now they suck. They cut corners and be cheap with everything they do. Nobody barely speaks English in the place. Boba cafe across the street is way better. I only go here when this place is closed and I’m disappointed almost every single time. And almost every single time I come they are are out of boba. Yall really letting this business go. Cmon look at yall sides. It’s nasty and disgusting

I used to like this place when I went to high school next to it I’m so upset. Paid $31 dollars for ONE plate, one side of Mac salad since the plate didn’t even come with it, and 2 bobas. I literally pay this price at l&l for two combo plates and a large drink. The shrimp had zero flavor, no salt, nothing. Just vegetables and cabbage. Mac salad literally had zero flavor as well? So disappointed.
These guys can never answer their phone. Wanted to make a pick up order called 4 times. Never gonna give them my business again.

Man… I feel bad leaving only 3-stars but I feel like people should know the environment before they decide they want to eat here.
For starters, I used to patron this place 1-2 times a week and I always get the Pork Belly Loco Moco or the Spam Musubi. I would give the dishes 5-stars.
Problem with this place is that it is right next to a high school. The kids who come here anywhere from 11:30 to 3 PM are almost always extremely unruly. There is never anywhere to send, and you have to be surrounded by a bunch of teenagers acting like teenagers. Today when I showed up, the line went out the door, every seat was taken, and there were probably 10 kids loitering around outside.
I very rarely let something like atmosphere bother me if the food is good. Today I had to turn around and walk out. It is unfortunate because the food is good, but the last three or four times I came here. It really feels like you are in a high school cafeteria .

This place is run by teenagers. Don’t expect to place order for pickup and NOT wait additional 20 MIN for TEA. Not even food. Literally 2 drinks. Lost my business. Packed full of kids and so unorganized.
