I love Boba King but this was my first time coming to this location. The food is absolutely disgusting. I bought a strawberry banana smoothie which was okay but still tasted a bit like ice and I ordered the sweet and spicy flame chicken which was the nastiest meal I have ever bought. I don’t even think the chicken is actually chicken. It was really tough. Never again ?

I walked in to pick up an order, and rhe first thing they said to me was that they were out of boba. No greeting or welcome in. I told them I placed an order on the phone, I Ordered French fries. They rang up the order and I went to my car, excited to eat one and they had the order wrong. I went back in and mentioned to them that the order was wrong they said the kitchen is closed. They didn't offer to refund my money or fix the order and as I walked out they made rude remarks that I won't say here. Very sad to say this, but I won't be coming back. Not after the lousy service I received tonite.

Order Bulgogi Buns and Moroccan Mint Honey Tea 50% sweet. I was expecting the buns to be soft. They have a hard back side and I don’t know what to make of it. The beef is really tasty and the little lettuce and carrots add a nice touch. Overall I have to give it a good score and the drink is good but nothing fancy. I can taste the honey but it doesn’t explode with freshness or zestiness. Buns were $5.99 the drink $5 so around $11 not bad.

I do like coming here. But the person taking orders with curly hair and a gold chain was very rude when taking my order. I'm definitely not coming back if he's taking my order.
Horrible customer service here. It took 3 tries for their cashier to get a simple drink correct. The cashier had an attitude as if it was my fault she made the mistakes. I order the same plain drinks all the time and all the workers manage to get it correct. The cashier didn't even apologize. If you shop here, consider it a gamble to receive the correct order and get good customer service. I guess this night, I crapped out. This company will not receive another cent from me.

Employee working behind the counter not very pleasant. RBF the whole time there and same way with other customers. Why do you expect a tip by turning the screen when you have RBF the whole time. Tea is ok. Service terrible.
