Me and my boyfriend have been here before and the employees have never seemed enthusiastic to work there, but yesterday we had a girl who was acting like we came 10 minutes before closing and was very rude. We came in at around 5:20 (they close at 9), she didn't say anything to us and just walked up to the counter being all pouty that she had to do her job! She was talking so quietly I could hardly hear her and when I asked her to repeat herself she caught an attitude. We then sat down and waited for our drinks and as soon as the next people walked in she welcomed them with a smile. We were never rude to her so I'm confused why she chose to act like that towards us. I you don't like your job then quit it's simple.

I went here today for first time, The Boba was very flavorless, the cup, where they put the drink in It’s So cheap that I don’t know how it stays up.The Boba was very small quantity and it was way overcooked, you have to pay $0.50 more for Boba on a five dollar drink, I’m not planning to come back here.

My daughter and I have been wanting to try this place for months because it's somewhat close to our house, but never took the time to try it. We've been...well, mainly she's been, going to a different boba place because she absolutely loves it there and wanted to keep her boba experience consistent. But just like my restaurant experiences, I want to venture out and try different boba places, so she agreed to coming here.We stopped at Boba King on 10 Jan 2024 and I'm glad that we finally did. We ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba (daughter's choice) and Hokkaido with Boba and Popping Lychee Boba (mine) - they both tasted great! The boba flavor and texture was remarkable and the lychee popping boba was refreshing. I'm not a major boba fan like my daughter and some other folks are, but it was great to share a memorable experience with her over a couple of high quality drinks.The customer service was outstanding; this is solely based on that one employee who served as our cashier and drink preparer. I wish I would've retrieved the name in order to recognize him on this platform; however, I was just grateful to have experienced fast, friendly, and accurate service. The prices are very reasonable here - quite frankly, I don't think I ever paid an extreme amount for boba drinks. I'm sure it's out there especially in tourist-heavy areas, but for us locals, the prices here are good.The one, minor issue I experienced about this business is to ensure that this facility is properly maintained. While I was sitting at one of the chairs/tables, I noticed that all the other tables were dirty (no one was sitting there either). Also, the plexiglass partition between the employees and customers could be introduced to a little warm water and "elbow grease," or a choice glass/surface cleaner. But overall, I enjoyed this little boba shop - I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

So I was very disappointed going to Boba King at 530pm today on 12/8/23. For 5 years I have been ordering the same milk blended smoothie. I always order a strawberry-banana with pineapple. I have never had an associate tell me that they cannot blend three flavors. I go the Boba King on Craig, Ann, and Farm. Shoot they know me because I order at least once a week the same thing! Well, tonight the associate that worked tonight at 530PM told me that this couldn't be done and I was so disappointed and angry . So If I decide to go to the Boba King on Farm location I will make sure to walk out if I see the same associate or request for someone else to make my smoothie. So of course I came to Boba King on Craig and I had no issues.

They are super kind and the boba is delicious! But, the only reason why I gave the food 4 stars is because sometimes the boba is overcooked. Other than that its amazing!
Taro milk tea lacked flavor. They are kind of stingy with the boba. The cup they give you your drink in is super cheap, basically a plastic cup and lid that you get soda in. The trash can was so gross and old you didn’t even want to tough it to throw your straw paper in it.

My grandkids got slushes with Boba. They actually charged extra for the Boba pearls, which I expected would be included! After all, they are called Boba King! Other places I have been include the Boba with no extra cost. The flavor of the pearls wasn't very good. My grandkids didn't like them, and neither did I. They are usually my favorite part.
