This was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve had. The restaurant was visibly dirty—walls, floors, and multiple surfaces looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. For a place that serves drinks, the lack of cleanliness was shocking and unacceptable. The employees also appeared extremely unprofessional. Their clothing looked more like pajamas than work attire, which made the entire place feel poorly managed and lacking even basic standards for customer-facing staff. One thicker girl working on the back making the drinks was showing all of her stomach. Unfortunately, the drink I ordered was just as disappointing. The Thai tea was so watered down that it barely tasted like tea at all—it was essentially flavored water. Between the poor cleanliness, unprofessional presentation, and low-quality drink, the entire experience left a very negative impression. This place seriously needs to improve its standards. Maybe the health department should go visit them soon, and change management to someone who cares about their job.

This was the worst boba I’ve ever had. We couldn't drink 2/3 drinks bc they were so bad. I think my daughter drank the third one bc she felt bad I just spent $15 on crappy tasting drinks at her request. It tastes like everything is powdered mix including the tea. I got black milk tea and it was terrible.

I've gone here 3 times, disappointed everytime. At first I wanted to try the boba, then try a smoothie, and lastly a thai milk tea. If you want boba, nothing beats Happy Lemon down at the strip. I've tried many places and that's the best place by far. Thai milk tea was super sweet and tasted more like raisins. The taste doesn't justify their high prices. I rather waste my money on gambling... No offense to the staff, they were very kind. The environment is also very nice with claw games on the side to win plushies but very small. What attracted me to this place were the good reviews, but not no more.

I used to love this place. But the other day I came here with my son. I believe it was on February 7th or 8th. The lady who was working there looked and me and my son and she looked so annoyed. Only because she recognized my son who has severe autism. Then she made our drinks really gross. Like nasty to the point of never wanting to go back. It kinda socks because this was mine and my sons favorite spot for many years. Ever since it opened. And the lady who served us has a thick layer or sunscreen on her face that she doesn't know how to blend out. There used to be a man who was working here. I think he was manager. Is he still in this location. He was extremely friendly with me and my son with a disability. The lady is extremely unprofessional and rude. Then some people came in after me and my son and she was all kind towards them.
