Located in a mall food court - no atmosphere and burger was nothing like what you would expect from Bobby Flay. Mine are better. We crossed what felt like the Sahara Desert to experience what looked and tasted like a frozen burger patty, with regular condiments at $58.00 for two people. No special flavors, no special buns, no special atmosphere. The drinks were 6.00 each and you were required to add a tip - at a food court where you stand in line to other and stand to wait for them to call your name to pick up your food. Very disappointing.

RE-LOCATED not "closed", Yelp-landia. A tribute to the Vegas birth-P(a)lace. ~~~ Yes. I am that gurl. The kreep who is waaay too much into Bobby's pickle. Omfg the pickles. Whatever they are, half sours, kosher.. they are unbelievably phenommmzenal tasty. Besides all that, Chef Flay knows how to create a quality burger that is simultaneously down-to-earth accessible with a fun slightly sophisticated twist. For my taste buds, the combination of toppings and ingredients works supremely well. His kitchen was spot-on when it comes to how you like your beef cooked. Medium rare is exactly medium rare. This consistency and precision are what motivates repeat customers. The "New Mexico" gets you a six-ounce patty cooked custom, pickled red onions, green chiles on a sesame-seeded white bun. Burger sauce involves a suspension of ground-up chipotles (very smokey), jalapeño hot sauce (liquid-y), chipotle catsup. Buttermilk-coated onion rings were tall wide slices deep-fried very thin coating straight-up Y-U-M. None of that thick starchy mostly batter junk; these were proper substantial ace onion rings with a buttermilk dip. Sweet potato fries were also great, dipping into a honey mustard horseradish sauce. I enjoyed the piquant pickle-y jalapeño hot sauce. Bottled beers and two margaritas were available, including cactus pear 'rita that's pink slushy good. First time ever seen a dedicated Fanta ginger ale dispenser in a soft drink line-up; Coca Cola varieties available as well. Alt-pop or classics motown blues music played overhead. Design interior elements are whimsically and perfectly in concert with the BBP logo. Ah, Bobby's Burger Palace... you've been rendered unto Caesar('s Palace and food court), but your original restaurant space here at the Crystals will never be forgotten.

Bobby's Burger at the Forum food court. The Blue cheese burger was incredible, the chicken sandwich left much to be desired. While well cooked the chicken lacked any semblance of flavor, could have gone to ANY other chicken spot and received a better sandwich. Overpriced and underdelivered, just wish the taste of my tears could have added flavor to this lack luster sandwich. The worst chicken sandwich I've ever tasted.

Bob's burgers are Absolutely Amazing. They are the BEST burgers. My husband and I were in Vegas for a week, back in 2019. We stayed at the Monte Carlo. We had Bob's burgers twice. Even their french fries and sweet potatoe fries were the Best. I tell everyone, when they go to Las Vegas, they have to go to Bob's Burger Palace. I even brought home the bag that our stuff came in. They're more than a 5 star.

Bobby's Burger Place is now located in Caesar's Palace in the Forum Tower. That isn't anywhere on the website or Yelp. You have to search to find it. Bobby's Burgers is a very small knock off of the original that used to be on the strip. There is a limited menu and none of the Flay Sauces that the restaurant had. We ordered the Nacho Burger, Cheese Fries, Regular Fries, a plain hamburger (nothing on it), a sprite and a water. Total $56.00. The Nacho Burger was messy but decent. It had good flavor but no spice, which is something I expected from a Flay restaurant. The fries were fine. Nothing to write home about. The burger had melted cheese, tortilla chips, and salsa. The Bobby sauce that came with our fries made the burger. It unlikely I would go again. There are so many other options. I loved the original place. The jalapeño sauce was my absolute favorite. I'll skip this next time and try a different option.

Let me just tell you that i got robbed of $25 for a mediocre hamburger/fries & bottled soda. Waste of $25, Mcdonalds burgers are better than these. 1st and last time i ever eat here that's for sure. Don't waste your money here go to burger king or carls jr

Good onion rings. Burgers are too bizarre for me. Several diff kinds...toppings here???....jalapeno..potato chips...queso.....salsa....fried egg. I like traditional onion..lettuce..tomato..ketchup. ..so I only ate rings...but others seem to like these burgers

Went here for a quick bite before a meeting. I ordered a Crunch burger and a cookies & cream shake. Best shake and burger I've had in a minute. Only complaint would be the wait time... I actually got my burger before my shake was even ready but they were training a bunch of new staff I think. Anyways definitely recommend tasting the food it's delicious ?

Bobby puts a spin on what a burger should be like and honestly I fell in love with my burger and fries. The place was so clean the color scheme is nice and as you walk in you already get exited to eat from Chef Bobby Flay burger place. I’ve been back every time I go to Vegas. And I love these burgers it’s on the strip and it’s fast food so enjoy the speed and great taste of Bobby’s burgers

Good burgers, but not exceptional. Being a Bobby Flay joint, I was expecting a bit more, but there are better options if your looking for higher end, quality burgers. I had the Dallas burger which was good & had a nice mild spicy flavor profile. The onion rings had a nice size, but were fairly average in taste. The dip that accompanied the onion rings was really good. Service is relatively quick and the place is never too crowded.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We parked and walked all the way to there trying to give them business and they were closed. It's not like you can park right in front of the place. We looked online and there was no mention they were closed. Thanks for the 15+ minute walk for nothing.
