Even though I was hesitant because Bobby Flay seems overextended and everywhere, it was a really good burger. I had the "Brunch Burger" for breakfast. To quote Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction: "Hamburgers! The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast." To reviewers who say it's expensive, remember that this Las Vegas; everything is expensive.

We went to eat yesterday 10/14/24 Boby's burger, it came quickly, without delay, there was no long line, hot potatoes, freshly fried, tasty burger, but nothing special. We paid 39 dollars for 2 classic burgers and fries, expensive, tasty, nothing special.

Don't order fried chicken breast sandwich if you like the covering to stay on. It falls off. Oil gets underneath and dries out chicken. You might as well, get it grilled.

What a disappointment. When Bobby’s Burger Palace closed (Princeton and Vegas were regular stops for my family), we were so disappointed, heartbroken possibly not an understatement. This is like a high school cafeteria’s reinterpreted version. Poorly executed, overcooked, bun was nearly stale, it’s obvious no one who actually cares about food is in charge. Why even offer medium rare as an option? Just rename the place, it’s not the worst burger I’ve ever had, but why have Bobby’s name on the place?

What a great burger that was full of flavor, what a burger should be. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The biggest knock is $37 for a burger, fries, and a pepsi. It is in a casino food court, so it wasn't unexpected. Burger was pretty darn good.

The menu is deceptive. They have a veggie burger on the menu, but vegans and vegetarians beware: they fry the veggie patty, French fries, and onion rings in the same oil as the bacon, chicken, and meat patties. My excitement to try a Bobby Flay recipe was quickly squashed when I learned there was in fact not one vegetarian or vegan option on the entire menu.

You pay big price for a jr. burger over 6.00 for a small fry. I get it’s Vegas but every where you go they take you to the cleaners.

Fried chicken sandwich was good. The burger or sandwich doesn't come with any sides. Had to order fries separately.
Quick service. 3 start due to the overly priced menu!
