Iris Kyle and Hide Yamagishi are so welcoming and humble and make you feel like family as soon as you step inside (even though they are freaking famous and you want to ask for their autograph) the shakes are absolutely delicious, they make you feel amazing after a workout. I wish I lived closer
Best of the best! Vegan Chris Daily Complete or vegan-light Ms.Olympia are the best smoothies, but they're all good!

Service was great! everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They aren't just there to sell everything they can, they sell quality supps that they truly believe in. It is also owned by 2 amazing Ifbb Champions, so they know all there is to know about what they are selling and make sure it is the right product for the right person.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store had a wide assortment of quality supplements, clothes and weightlifting support gear. The protein shake was delicious. I got there a little too early and didn't get to meet Iris and Hide was in Florida.
Has everything you need, quality supplements, shakes, meals, and a very knowledgeable staff.

They make some of the best smoothies in town and the 5 dollar Tuesday smoothie offering can't be beat. They also have a huge range of supplements and refrigerator items stacked with prepped meals, protein snacks, pre-workout beverages, energy drinks, water, etc.
