The service was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast sandwiches and Bo rounds are delicious and the shakes are addictive! We will be back for sure. Octavio went above and beyond. Make sure to look for him when you stop by!

I try to visit Bojangles a few times a month, however, on November 1, 2025, I walked in with no greeting and nobody working the counter. Waited in line for over ten minutes until the expo worker, Octavio, took my order. He was stone face, did not apologize to me waiting in line, and the food took another ten plus minutes. Due to this, I will be reconsidering visiting one of my favorite chicken places in town.

UPDATE! THEY NEED TO THROW THIS WHOLE STORE AWAY! I LITERALLY JUST LEFT THE DRIVE THRU BECAUSE THE PERSON AT THE WINDOW IS PURE INCOMPETENT! ILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
The menu is definitely different from the south as they dont serve bone in chicken here but what they do have is good. My only issue is I order the same exact thing every time and everytime my price is different and im just like how? Do better when it comes to your customers money because its to the point I dont eat here as much because some days I just dont want to deal with the hassle or seem like a hassle because im being charged more and more each time and by the way the price on the menu is the same...just not what im paying! And thats enough to lose my business.
That was different! The boberry biscuits are absolutely amazing and the chicken tenders are airy and super crispy and the meat is so tender it falls apart definitely a one of kind place I loved it 😋 I'll definitely be back for round 2

The location on rainbow is the best Bojangles I’ve ever been to! The food is good. The staff is professional and friendly. We felt welcome and at home! We will definitely be returning! The special shout out to the Supervisor sparkles! And otho was great as well!
