The food quality and quantity has gone down over the last year or so. We have been coming to Bonanza for 20+ years and it's always been a great place. The waitresses are exceptional but the food quality has diminished substantially. I always ordered the fish and chips because they were big portions and a hearty meal. When I received my meal yesterday the fish portions looked like nuggets or something, mostly breading. Our waitress, Alva who has waited on us for years was kind enough to bring 2 more pieces out which almost made up for the portions we used to receive. If cutting corners on the food quality and quantity is the new management's answer then you will probably lose a lot of very loyal customers and $$$$. Disappointed in the new management

Food is always good depending on if the normal cook. Is the food can vary overall overall? The Philly steak sandwich is delicious. And the wings. And the san fran is a great sandwich

We have been going in for breakfast/lunch for a few years and have always loved the food and selections BUT now they took away the pork chops, ham steak is now really little. A while back they jad changed the breakfast potatoes and the replacements were not good at all. Thank goodness they brought the old potatoes back. They had also took the potato chips away but thankfully brought them back. Also 1st time ever I didn't get a placemat. I don't know why all the changes but they aren't good changes. Please bring my pork chops and BIG ham steak back. Otherwise I may start going elsewhere because I can get bacon and eggs anywhere. I love my servers Elva and Sasha and would miss them if I go.

got a new bar manager. he has no customer service quality. I've been going there for years. i was singled out today by him. as he treats Hispanics different. I was told he needed to check to make sure I gambled enough for a beer. didn't ask anyone else but me as I watched for the remainder of my time there. went back up later for another beer and asked why I was the only one asked for my card. was told it's his place and he has the right to check who he wants. I'm a very educated Hispanic male and know when we're being discriminate d against. I will be keeping my eyes more open when I'm there to make sure he's treating everyone the same. if not I have no problem filing a discrimination lawsuit for all Hispanics that have had this happen to them

Kristi has the most absolute disgusting attitude. I do not need nor expect a cathartic experience anywhere let alone a bar but this woman needs a new profession because I fear she might be the human form of misery walking around. I loooove a local bar but thanks to the negativity that is Kristi, I will make sure to steer close. Kristi, my dear, get a grip. Your miserable and disgusting persona is not cute to your regulars nor new comers.
