The food quality and quantity has gone down over the last year or so. We have been coming to Bonanza for 20+ years and it's always been a great place. The waitresses are exceptional but the food quality has diminished substantially. I always ordered the fish and chips because they were big portions and a hearty meal. When I received my meal yesterday the fish portions looked like nuggets or something, mostly breading. Our waitress, Alva who has waited on us for years was...
Food is always good depending on if the normal cook. Is the food can vary overall overall? The Philly steak sandwich is delicious.
