Soy garlic chicken is delicious and my personal favorite. I have not been back here for years and the place needs some updating now but remains clean. The service is ok but seems understaffed hence our order took a little longer to be served.

Bonchon is a hidden gem. Right on a busy corner of town, in a nondescript shopping center. This is part of a national chain. A decent sized menu with traditional Korean flavors.
I came specifically for the fried chicken. I was right. It was very good.
They serve several different types of Korean fried chicken.
I chose the traditional plain fried chicken and soy garlic fried chicken.
Both were excellent. The pieces were big n plump. The crisp held up even after waiting an hour to try it after getting it home.
Even reheating it the next day, it was still fabulous.
I got two sides, coleslaw, which was decent regular style coleslaw. The second was edamame, which my granddaughter loved.
The interior is still feeling the after effects of covid, and under utilized dining room with sparse decor. It could use a refresh, to help bring in customers to dine in.
The staffer was great. Very helpful and had great product knowledge. She is definitely a keeper.
Locals, please give this place a try. The food was fabulous as takeout. Its gotta be dynamite in store.
I highly recommend this location

I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming and upbeat. The staff here are always friendly, quick, and genuinely care about making sure your order is perfect.
Now, the food… WOW. Bonchon’s chicken is hands-down some of the best fried chicken in Las Vegas — perfectly crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside. You can taste the care that goes into every batch. The soy garlic and spicy sauces are absolutely addicting — I always get the half-and-half combo because I can never pick just one!
Their sides are just as amazing — the bulgogi fries, kimchi, and Korean street corn are must-tries. Everything comes out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.
Whether you dine in, pick up, or order delivery, the quality is consistently top-notch. Bonchon South West Las Vegas is my go-to spot when I’m craving something crispy, flavorful, and satisfying.
If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go — it’s 100% worth it! 🙌🍗🔥

Ordered chicken and fried rice, chicken came within about 7 minutes and waited almost 35 minutes for the fried rice and still nothing- the excuse- We have an online order, took that long to even not get my food. What kind of service is that? And then they’re out of the Korean bbq sauce. I see why the restaurant is always empty, service is horrible. Always coming up with new excuses. Brought my parents out for a good meal and that didn’t work out properly, instead a horrible experience.

Paid $30 for Beef Japchae & steamed rice through UberEats.... I got 2 pieces of meat in my Japchae... I don't typically count the pieces of meat, but it was so little that it was impossible to ignore. I will NEVER order from here again. Just because an order comes through a delivery service doesn't mean you get to skimp on the food ESPECIALLY if you're charging more
This food is delicious

First time trying this place. The Korean street corn was decent. The chicken was crispy but not enough sauce. A lot of parts had no sauce at all. They should include a side of extra sauce or make sure the pieces are coated.

Nice spot for lunch. I like how they come out with new items, but they don’t mess with the classics. When it comes to service, Lauren is the best!

Bibimbap had a scrambled egg instead of a fried egg. I've never had a bibimbap with egg cooked any way but fried. The tteokbokki was tough and chewy. We couldn't finish it. The bulgogi stir fried udon barely had bulgogi in it but had good flavors. Didn't finish that either.

I gave four stars because it was pretty small and it was kind of busy and there was only one person serving and working the front cashier.. and atmosphere was decent but I did see a lot of storage boxes from behind..
Now about the food, I KID YOU NOT WHEN I SAY THIS IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I EVER HAD! I've traveled to many places eating food from many countries and I got to say when it comes to fried chicken this is probably one of the best! I SUBMIT TO THEIR CLAIM!

First I want to say me and my wife have had Bonchon for a lot of times since they first open and we always enjoyed it. Anyways.
It’s Thursday, 06/25, around 16:30 and I came to pick up my online order. Some 15 drumsticks, some radish and some coleslaw. The cost is $51, $61 after the tip. The front man is not coming up to greet me. There is one customer eating at a far table where the old entrance used to be and 2 waiting for their order next to the fridge. The young guy is coming out of the kitchen with an order for one of the people waiting, no “Hello man” not nothing. I’m right in front of him, at the counter/bar. He’s going back, after couple of minutes he’s coming back and handing it to me , I thank him and leave. Traffic is crazy, 40 minutes to home. I hand my wife the order, she’s telling me it’s not ours. She’s calling the store telling them I’m coming back. The guy is telling her “Yes, the food (your order) is waiting for you”. My wife is telling them we will need a new, fresh order of drumsticks, we don’t want cold food. After another 35 minutes driving I get there, give them the wrong order and the guy is excusing himself for handing me out the wrong order. I wait 3-4 minutes and he’s giving me the new order.
I get home after another 30 minutes and realize the drumsticks are the old ones and have just been deep fried one more time. Instead of being juicy as we have always know them to be, this time they’re stringy and dry. The soy and garlic are not as bad as the Yangnyeom ones we also bought. The radishes and coleslaw are actually good. I called the store asking to speak with a manager, the guy is telling me the manager is not there and he’s the person in charge.
We want a full refund. Because of the quality food. Because the guy said to my wife we will be compensated somehow and when home found it was a box of coleslaw. I mean is this satire? Are you being funny? For a $51 order? For a $10 tip? For 2 hours of my time driving? For the gas money I spent? For the fact that we moved out of our countries so we won’t be treated like this?
So again, I want a full refund.
The fact that we won’t use your business anymore is understood.
We are sorry because we had good/amazing food over the years and , at times, it lifted our spirit. We’re just sorry.
My Order # was 36227050393894914.
The total amount was $62.56
That’s all!
