Bonchon South West Las Vegas

This place not being 5 stars is crazy. I have been going here for a couple of years and the food never disappoints. Dine in is nice even though the place is small, the place is never busy and it has a calm atmosphere. The staff has always been very nice, helpful, and attentive. I love the wings, picked radish, and the fries. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Good food! Service was fine, it was take out. The place was clean and neat. We got a couple different kinds. I really liked the chicken strips with the sweet/spicy sauce. We will be back again.

Parking: Near the highway on the way home, so it’s pretty convenient for me. The food portions were generous, so the price wasn’t a big deal.

Kid-friendliness: We don’t have little kids anymore but observed a young family with a toddler and there was a highchair available for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: Aisles between tables seems generous enough for wheel chairs and there were no steps into the restaurant.

I’ve had Bon Chon at other locations before and absolutely loved it, but this is my first time trying it in LV, and I’m pretty disappointed. The boneless chicken was the worst—it tasted more like KFC popcorn chicken, with barely any chicken. The rest was fine, but the sauce wasn’t evenly coated on the chicken.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place! Everything aspect was exceptional. The food. Awesome! 👏🏻 The atmosphere-small, clean, quaint. The service-deli style with smiles and some table side service. Like drunk refills and to go containers.

Looks closed from the outside- you have to use an alternative entrance.

Had a takeout order that was done really quickly so that's a plus.

I've eaten at other locations - so I can say the food here was below average. The wings were really hard, and barely had any sauce on them. Likewise, the rice portion was barely even half the container.

Other Bonchon locations I have been to are generous with both of these elements - so I likely won't return to this specific one.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible via ramp, no stairs present. Tight conditions inside the restaurant however.

Showed up at 8pm and guy at the counter said they are not taken any other orders for the day! they are open till 9pm !!! The sign clearly show 9pm . Bad customer service . Drove over 20 mins to get here! He actually laughed at me when I turned around . . So sad that the customer service here is lacking . It Makes me wonder how much money the owner is missing out on because this worker refuses to take orders when he decides he’s finished working for the day!

Ordered $70 worth of food only to have it never show up. This place might be good but I’ll never know.

Bonchon is consistent where ever you go. We always get 30 wings half and half with soy garlic and spicy to share with the family.

I find it odd that this building is so big, yet it was under some sort of construction that they blocked off the main entrance and had you enter through the patio. When you go inside, it was the tiniest narrow space, about 6 tables. Not what I expected for Bonchon.

However, their wings are always crispy and flavorful.

Had lunch here today with a friend. Spicy sauce was much spicier than the last time I had it, barely edible. Both of us had stomach issues later. Bulgogi fries were decent. Likely won't be back.

Drums - they were good, but they were not my favorite. Large portion.

Wings - definitely better. Loved the flavor and Crispiness.

Fries- Decent, good portion.

Service - decent, not overly attentive. There was nothing bad to say but did not stand out.

Atmosphere - strange. The entrance is changed, and part of the dining room is closed. It does not give a well put together vibe.
