Bibimbap had a scrambled egg instead of a fried egg. I've never had a bibimbap with egg cooked any way but fried. The tteokbokki was tough and chewy. We couldn't finish it. The bulgogi stir fried udon barely had bulgogi in it but had good flavors. Didn't finish that either.

I gave four stars because it was pretty small and it was kind of busy and there was only one person serving and working the front cashier.. and atmosphere was decent but I did see a lot of storage boxes from behind..
Now about the food, I KID YOU NOT WHEN I SAY THIS IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I EVER HAD! I've traveled to many places eating food from many countries and I got to say when it comes to fried chicken this is probably one of the best! I SUBMIT TO THEIR CLAIM!

First I want to say me and my wife have had Bonchon for a lot of times since they first open and we always enjoyed it. Anyways.
It’s Thursday, 06/25, around 16:30 and I came to pick up my online order. Some 15 drumsticks, some radish and some coleslaw. The cost is $51, $61 after the tip. The front man is not coming up to greet me. There is one customer eating at a far table where the old entrance used to be and 2 waiting for their order next to the fridge. The young guy is coming out of the kitchen with an order for one of the people waiting, no “Hello man” not nothing. I’m right in front of him, at the counter/bar. He’s going back, after couple of minutes he’s coming back and handing it to me , I thank him and leave. Traffic is crazy, 40 minutes to home. I hand my wife the order, she’s telling me it’s not ours. She’s calling the store telling them I’m coming back. The guy is telling her “Yes, the food (your order) is waiting for you”. My wife is telling them we will need a new, fresh order of drumsticks, we don’t want cold food. After another 35 minutes driving I get there, give them the wrong order and the guy is excusing himself for handing me out the wrong order. I wait 3-4 minutes and he’s giving me the new order.
I get home after another 30 minutes and realize the drumsticks are the old ones and have just been deep fried one more time. Instead of being juicy as we have always know them to be, this time they’re stringy and dry. The soy and garlic are not as bad as the Yangnyeom ones we also bought. The radishes and coleslaw are actually good. I called the store asking to speak with a manager, the guy is telling me the manager is not there and he’s the person in charge.
We want a full refund. Because of the quality food. Because the guy said to my wife we will be compensated somehow and when home found it was a box of coleslaw. I mean is this satire? Are you being funny? For a $51 order? For a $10 tip? For 2 hours of my time driving? For the gas money I spent? For the fact that we moved out of our countries so we won’t be treated like this?
So again, I want a full refund.
The fact that we won’t use your business anymore is understood.
We are sorry because we had good/amazing food over the years and , at times, it lifted our spirit. We’re just sorry.
My Order # was 36227050393894914.
The total amount was $62.56
That’s all!

Ordering carryout from the website was very easy and ready quickly. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food is great the option for half and half on sauces for the chicken is my favorite thing.

Store dead yet no employees around to help people coming in. Thats just another way locals get around doing work, ignore customers until they leave.

You know… I usually don’t leave reviews but I am kind of upset asf fr. So not bad food I will say that but HOW I pay a $40.06 price for the food, no tip because the guy I had was lwk awkward with me and my people.
Yall I remember where I tip and don’t tip, i scribble purposely over the tip area every time and put the original amount that was charged initially. That was it i thought. NAH they went ahead and tipped themselves HOURS later into the next day….
And I didn’t see on the receipt OR on the menu that its mandatory to tip for a 2 PEOPLE receipt… 👀 yeah. I’m not coming back cuz thats sketchy baka, leave the choice up to me please don’t make your own moves cuz you want more money from someone but gave awkward vibes the whole time.

This place is constantly good. It's rare to find chicken that can get the Bonchon crunch. The place is always clean and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend this place if you've never been!

This is a must try if you like fried chicken with Korean sauces as well as soju or beer.
The chicken is one of my favorite as it is really crunchy and packs a lot of flavor. Any of the flavors are good but if you feel unsure, maybe you can get the sauce on the side. But I highly suggest getting the chicken in the sauce so that the flavor is evenly distributed.
The difference between this fried chicken and other Korean Fried Chicken is that they use the larger chicken quarters with the thigh and drum stick. Where as other places mainly use wings
The place is pretty small so I’m unsure if it’ll fit a really big party but they do have a decent amount of seats. There was only one server but since there wasn’t that many people, the service was pretty fast.

This blonde guy just told me my service dog wasn't allowed. I told him he can't refuse service based on that. Then he said I'm not going to argue with you and I have a bad attitude so he's refusing service because of my attitude. My service dog has gone to many restaurants in Las Vegas. I'm outside now waiting for the police to show up to file a report. I feel sorry for the owner but this is unacceptable. They should teach their employees the law before allowing someone to run their business. I don't take this lightly and am getting a police report for record so I can file a lawsuit against this establishment. It's not surprising how many bad reviews this place has talking about this exact person. Don't support this business!

Great service but definitely needed the oil changed. The fried chicken had an old oil taste and darkness.

Great wings, consistent with the their franchise however this location is poorly managed. We were rushed to order and pushed to order items that were already ready despite it being 2 hours before closing. The staff started mopping the restaurant and cleaning with 3 tables still eating with more than an hour left until closing. Won’t be back to this location.

Usually I love the customer service here , but today the blond guy working the front looked like he couldn’t get bothered to help . Place was completely empty . Had me waiting in the front awkwardly waiting for him to finish clean all the tables did not acknowledge me and when finally came to the front looked like I was annoying him . ( I placed an online order and paid ,all he had to do is pass me the order.
