This place used to be amazing, but now with the limited menu, it's not that great. The trout was over-breaded, greasy, and basically a plate of mush. All of the good items have been removed from the menu, no sea bass, no Mahi Mahi, it's just a step up from fast food. We used to take all of our out of town guests here, would come for special occasions, but we won't be back. Update, management reached out. ( I added a star because he's a great manager that understands customer service and he cares about the products he and his staff serve) I explained his staff is Amazing, he's a great guy, corporate needs to stop cutting corners and bring back quality. They lost 1% and went to the crappy limited menu. When are companies going to go back to the days of putting out quality products rather than lining the pencil pushers pockets? How about giving the people who actually work some imput and pay them a living wage. All of you CEOs have more than you need, more than you deserve. Just stop. Start taking care of the people that count.

I haven't been to a Bonefish Grill in years but received a gift card and thought I would check it out and I am so glad I did! The service was amazing. Marco was a fantastic server. He was very attentive without being overbearing and was overall very friendly. Donovan, the manager stopped by the table and was also very friendly. The food was awesome! I had the Lily's Mahi Mahi and it was so flavorful and moist. Portion size was huge. Prices were also very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely the worst service I've had in a while. The waiter took my plate away and I wasn't even finished eating. Then asked if I want it back after sticking his fingers in my food. I believe the server's name was Anthony. Worst service ever

Update, December 2024:
We're back! We've purchased a house that won't be finished for a year, but we're here to do some work on it. So, of course, we had to come back to Bonefish!
We started with cocktails. She had the the White Cosmo and I had the smoky Old Fashioned. Heck, yeah! We split the sashimi app--it was perfect. She had the Chilean bass with the brussels sprouts and risotto, while I had the seafood linguini. Both were excellent. We added a bottle of sublime chardonnay and could not possibly see ourselves to the dessert menu. Sorry!
Alfredo was our server and he took care of everything. What a nice guy and excellent server! We love good service even more than good food, but at Bonefish we don't have to choose. Thanks, Alfredo!
We love Bonefish and don't have one back home. I'm not saying it's the reason we're coming home to Vegas, but it's certainly on our minds! We can't wait to be regulars upon our return.
It was great to be back! We had not eaten in a Bonefish since leaving the East Coast 5 years ago. But while visiting Vegas, we saw this one and knew we had to try it. We had high expectations--it was one of our favorites before, and they were certainly met.
I had the mussels and the ahi, she had the sea bass. But from our initial drinks to the glasses of wine to the entrees, we were very impressed. And our server, Chad, made sure we were taken care of the entire way.
We had built it up in our minds, missing Bonefish all the while living in Phoenix, but even still, this version did not disappoint!

Great personal service, the food was phenomenal. We had the filet with lobster thermidor, and linguine Del Mar. the steak was cooked perfectly and the risotto was creamy and wonderful. We also had the seared ahi appetizer, very good also. We will definitely be back.

TODAY - Gave it another try after a year....TODAY... Very disappointing for people who work hard for their money for a "treat night out". Excited about the crab legs and the signature bang bang shrimp. First, the crab legs are not worth it. The legs were skinny and the "meat" inside was almost non-existent. Ordered the full bang bang shrimp - our Waiter came back to say that they are out of the full size but can do the half size. I suggested putting two half sizes together to make the full. He said it would be a double charge....hmmm, that doesn't sound accommodating. The quality of the bang bang shrimp has definitely deteriorated. Very expensive and unsatisfactory experience. (The bourbon cocktail was tasty). The Waiter was friendly but seemed a little unsure of a couple menu items we asked about.

The calamari didn't seem real. Our server, Meagan, was condensending after we had to let her know that our food wasn't fresh/hot. Thanks to Danny, he made it right, although we aren't sure we'll spend money there in the future.
It was my first trip to this location. I attended a luncheon with a large group. The service was excellent. Staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The food was exceptional and delicious. I will be going back.
