Was very excited to experience. This restaurant had heard so many good things about it, but I can say I would never ever go back here. I’m going to show videos and pictures of the dusty dirt in this restaurant. I ordered my food and sent it back. It looked horrible I ordered chicken mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it looked like it all had been microwaved. The asparagus had no seasoning on it. They looked lifeless. I don’t think so!!!, and it was dirty dusty you could touch it and bring dust up on your fingers the booth there were so many crumbs on the side. I called corporate and reported them I would never ever ever in my whole life go here again. And what was so insulting as one of the managers tried to tell me that they clean up every day I told him to step away from our table. You’re a liar and this is disgusting. I had to dismiss him the gall to tell me that they clean!!!! I clean my home and I’m gonna tell you this is at least two months worth of dust. If the dining room looks like this what is the kitchen look like Please do not attend this restaurant this location on Charleston in Las Vegas is the worst and like I said, I called corporate and reported them and showed them video of this nastiness. And I felt bad having to report this restaurant because the waitress and waiter that we had they were so sweet and kind and it’s unfortunate. They work for a company that doesn’t care about their restaurant. 🚫

Our server Matt was amazing! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond by helping my aunt with her walker, which meant so much to us. His kindness and professionalism truly made our experience special. We’ll definitely be asking for Matt the next time we visit Bonefish Grill!
Food is absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the crabcakes so much that we ordered three orders for the two of us. The lobster tails were good. Please improve the potato to either a baked potato or larger portion. Faith is an amazing server. Please do not get rid of the crabcake sauce. It is what makes the appetizer.

Absolutely amazing food! The steak was one of the best I've ever had! The dragon fruit margarita and the non alcoholic dragon fruit refresher i took to go? So refreshing! The service was also wonderful. Our waitress was a delight. I fully recommend this place! When I'm back in Vegas I'm definitely returning!
