You want Delicious cocktail? Eric the Bar Manager will make sure you're taken care of and you don't just get a cocktail, you get an experience that not only is pleasing to the pallet, but your other senses as well. Try the Smoked Old Fashioned or the Martini flight, you won't be disappointed. We had an experience previously, nothing to do with the staff or this location, both are Amazing, it was an issue with the menu corporate had changed. Danny was kind enough to reach out and make things right. Not just right, he went Above and Beyond. Folks like Danny, Maya, and Eric are the reason Bonefish Grill on Charleston will always be our 'go to' for a special evening and with friends and family.

Me and my husband came here for dinner. We ordered the Chilean sea bass and pork chops. The food was really really good. Our server I think her name was Charity, she was so attentive &, kind and gave such great service. Our server literally never missed a beat. Me and my husband will definitely be back.

Went to Bone Fish and Grill was welcomed and greeted by host. Waited like 2 mins and it didn't felt too busy for Sunday Brunch . Bottom less Passion Fruit Mimosas were delicous. Had lots of tasty appetizers and food was great. I also had the As well as the service!

Went NYE & the food was great. I had the bourbon grilled salmon with roasted potatoes & husband had the stuffed shrimp with the mashed potatoes. Both were great and the portions were good. We also got a slice of the cheesecake which was large enough for 2 & delicious.

Date Night with my sweetheart. We’ve eaten here before and remembered liking it. The service was great! We were seated quickly and our waitress was super nice and friendly. The food came out pretty slowly, but the manager comp’ed us some soup to make up for it. The food honestly was just meh. Not a lot of flavor. I ordered the grilled salmon with double mashed potatoes and a house salad. My husband ordered the sea bass with mashed potatoes and French fries with the lobster corn chowder. The free soup was the tomato bisque. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back, even though the front staff is awesome. The bland food just isn’t worth it.

Great location with plenty of parking, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love the menu because of the variety of choices and they always have specials, make sure to order the Bang Bang shrimp appetizers.

Was very excited to experience. This restaurant had heard so many good things about it, but I can say I would never ever go back here. I’m going to show videos and pictures of the dusty dirt in this restaurant. I ordered my food and sent it back. It looked horrible I ordered chicken mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it looked like it all had been microwaved. The asparagus had no seasoning on it. They looked lifeless. I don’t think so!!!, and it was dirty dusty you could touch it and bring dust up on your fingers the booth there were so many crumbs on the side. I called corporate and reported them I would never ever ever in my whole life go here again. And what was so insulting as one of the managers tried to tell me that they clean up every day I told him to step away from our table. You’re a liar and this is disgusting. I had to dismiss him the gall to tell me that they clean!!!! I clean my home and I’m gonna tell you this is at least two months worth of dust. If the dining room looks like this what is the kitchen look like Please do not attend this restaurant this location on Charleston in Las Vegas is the worst and like I said, I called corporate and reported them and showed them video of this nastiness. And I felt bad having to report this restaurant because the waitress and waiter that we had they were so sweet and kind and it’s unfortunate. They work for a company that doesn’t care about their restaurant. 🚫

Picked up an order the other day as a dasher. While I have not had the chance to enjoy the food here (yet), I am actually looking forward to it. Friendly staff and the environment is very chill. Perfect place to have dinner alone or reading a book, even in the evening hours. Can't wait to try the food! 😀
