The food was absolutely amazing, and our waitress Christina truly made the experience unforgettable. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, offered great recommendations based on our preferences, and even checked in throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect. Christina went above and beyond with her service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that we had a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were in Las Vegas for one night on our way from Bryce Canyon to Houston. Our hotel was close to the airport and this restaurant was located in a mall nearby. The restaurant is near mall parking garage which is free.
We ordered two dishes, both of which were delicious. The wait person was very nice. I wanted a small salad instead of roasted potatoes. He added a nominal charge for the salad. I thought that was very reasonable.
The atmosphere was friendly with a lot of people so this must be a favorite spot.

This was my first time here and my last time at this location. The food was great but the service was lackadaisical. The irony of this situation is that this establishment was not even busy, server never refilled my husband's drink, he never checked on our table and stayed the bar. Thank goodness the cook brought out our meals because Ari the server was never around . Thank goodness that I was given a gift card here because if I had to pay I would have been truly upset .

Coconut Crush Cocktail was amazing...wide variety of appetizer, bread was fresh and enjoyed my Rib-eye although I would've preferred my side of asparagus grilled.

Food was EXCELLENT. I had the Linguine Del Mar and I loved it. It was lunchtime so I also ordered chicken tacos to go which were good as well paired with a house salad. I'll definitely be returning.

My wife and I have spent many years frequenting Bone Fish on Charleston. We enjoyed the food and service. We now live outside Vegas and on occasion visit the Sunset location. We've been disappointed with the items we used to look forward to ordering. The pot stickers which used to be soft and tasty are very thick dough you have to use a knife or stab it with a fork. The last few times ordering they were not good. The fish and chips we ordered many times, now the last 2orders the breading was separated from the fish and came apart from the actual fish. The fish was mushy and not a firm piece of fish like cod or halibut or haddock. It was uneatable. The corn chowder tasted great but the consistency was very thick, much thicker than previous orders. It appears they are sacrificing quality for food cost. Sad to see. We had enjoyed eating at Bonefish for many years.
