Stepping into this lively Mexican steakhouse, the air crackled with sizzling fajitas and the aroma of chiles. The tequila selection lining the backlit bar was impressive, boasting rare añejos and tequilas aged to perfection. Our server, navigated us through the extensive list, expertly pairing a smoky mezcal with my fiery Arrachera steak. The steak itself was a masterpiece. Cooked over an open flame, it arrived crusted with a deep char, sliced thin to reveal a juicy pink center. Each bite was a symphony of smoky char and rich beef flavor, expertly complemented by the tequila's subtle smokiness. Even mild-mannered dishes like the guacamole packed a surprising punch. For those who crave a truly inferno-level experience, the chilli margarita was a fiery delight (and potential regret). While the spice may have had me reaching for my cerveza, it did not overshadow the quality of the food. The meals were fresh and warm, the portions generous, and the atmosphere electric. Border Grill is a must-try for any adventurous eater seeking a perfect combination of sizzling steak, expertly paired tequilas, and an unforgettable fiery fiesta.

Walked in around 215 during slow hours there were four open tables right in front of us(that we could see) the girl at the hostess desk had us wait like 15 minutes we ended up leaving. it was pretty rude. Should’ve at least sat us. Do not recommend

(Updating as we attended Border Brunch on Sunday afternoon.)We really enjoyed our first meal here,as it was really great. We've been meaning to try their brunch for some time and finally got the chance. There are 16 options to choose from and they suggest you order about 4 items at a time. They're very small plates, as most items are like 3 or 4 bites. All the food was good, but I'd say the stand outs were the steak and eggs, breakfast enchiladas, chicken and waffles, and horchata French toast. The bad thing is that all the food was cold. Food at a subpar buffet, like the Excalibur, has warm food. I don't understand their process. Typically each time we'd order a group of plates, they'd come out within 10 minutes. All the food could have been much better if it wasn't cold. I don't know if the food temp is always so poor, but we're unlikely to come back for brunch for that reason .Great quality of food. Price is typical of most Vegas restaurants. Restaurant itself is fine. Nothing crazy. Would definitely go back. Also I hit up BBQ Mexicana and it's worth checking out for a quick bite

Sadly, mediocre food. Easily my least favorite meal during my stay in Las Vegas. Guacamole was strange, enchiladas tasteless and shrimp tacos had a glob of spice glued to the tortilla

We have wanted to go to this place ever since watching a feature on The Netflix show "The Chef Show" but our last two times in Vegas were during Christmas and the restaurant was closed. This time was a different story as we were there in early April. After watching a couple Las Vegas YouTuber videos, I decided that the best way to experience this place was to do their Border Brunch which is only available on Saturday/Sunday which includes unlimited small plates for $44.99 per person. In our case we also added the bottomless mimosas, micheladas and bloody marys for $27.99 per person. As you can see from the photos these are tapas style small plates meant to be shared and not to overload you like lets say a typical buffet menu would. Cuisine is Mexican with maybe a little Cali twist. Everything tasted really good but I can't say that I was blown away. It's something to at least do once while in Las Vegas. Two things to note are that this restaurant uses quality ingredients (sustainable and they work with local producers). And also their customer service is solid.*Be aware that they have a 2 hour limit as me and the gf had to take our last batch of mimosas to go. So don't be surprised if your server starts to look at you funny around the 1 hour and 59 minute mark..
Delish!!!! Best food we had our whole time in Vegas!

Great service and the food is really delicious. We try to go every time we are in Vegas. The Manager actually cares, plus he greets customers and helps out where needed which is very refreshing.
The “Enchiladas” are really “Taquitos” and are a HUGE disappointment, especially when you consider the cost. I would not recommend the “Enchiladas” if you decide to patronize.

Disappointed with our visit. Service was fine, if a bit slow. Food was disappointing. My wife's al pastor was extremely greasy and almost impossible to eat. My chicken was quite dry.
Left the restaurant after waiting an hour for our food. The server couldn't have cared less. The room our table was in was like a meat locker. No more than 60 degrees. Never again
