We visited for the prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and flavorful dishes.
For appetizers, we chose the "Tartare de Betteraves" and "Gâteau au Confit de Canard." The duck confit was beautifully presented and tasted delightful.
For our entrées, we had the "Dinde Rôtie" and "Bœf Bourguignon." Both the turkey and steak were tender and cooked to perfection.
We concluded our meal on a sweet note with the "Trio de Tartes" and "K+M Chocolate Gateau." As a big fan of Bouchon’s tarts, I truly enjoyed the dessert, and the chocolate cake was perfectly layered.
The service and atmosphere were amazing.

I had an incredible experience at Bouchon, thanks to Brandon’s outstanding customer service and warm hospitality. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. He really sold us on the menu and helped us pick out some amazing dishes we hadn’t tried. He has a natural way of making you feel welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and it made our visit all the more special. Thank you, Brandon, for going the extra mile – we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food, excellent service. Had a company dinner there. Rented the whole place and got access to the kitchen. Outstanding all around.

The service from every staff member here is incredible. We had young children in our party who dropped crayons and forks and even a glass during dinner (so sorry) but everyone was so kind and gracious. We’ve loved coming here in the past, but haven’t brought our kids here. After this experience, we love this place even more. Not to mention the food has been consistently perfect every single time.

We were looking for a nice breakfast place before we all had to leave to catch our respective flights and found this place. We opted to sit at the bar since we did not have a reservation. This place is top notch through and through.

For starters, we ordered the escargot and Goose liver paté, and for my main I ordered the dungeoness crab Benedict.

The escargot is swimming in garlic butter and each one is topped with a mini puff pastry. The flakiness of the pastry combined with the garlic buttery escargot was just perfect.

The goose liver paté came resting on a crisp waffle next to a crumble cookie wafer stuck in a stream of apple compote and a dollop of whipped cream topped with more sprinkled cookie crumbles. The paté was perfectly prepared and paired so nicely (oddly) with the crisp waffle, apple compote, and whipped cream. This was one of my favorite dishes all trip for sure.

The dungeoness crab Benedict is, to date, the best Benedict of any kind that I have ever had. The crab chunks were plentiful, the egg was perfectly cooked with fully cooked whites and fully runny yolks, the hollandaise sauce was perfectly prepared, and the English muffin was crisp on the outside and soft and warm on the inside.

I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely return the next time I'm back in Vegas.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is a bit crowded and not great for families with small children. Perfect for smaller parties.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ok, one single level, tables are available for wheelchairs.

Grossly oversalted meats, overwhelming char, and the oysters had some bits of shell. The presentation was acceptable, if a bit simple. The overall menu was not particularly innovative and reminds me of every other French and steakhouse place on the strip. The staff was fantastic.

SO SO SO disappointed. My husband is a former chef and huge fan of Thomas Keller. We booked brunch and he was so looking forward to eating at Bouchon. We went with family and ordered: chocolate croissant, escargot, almond croissant, standard 2-egg breakfast (with sausage, hash browns, bacon, and toast), hash and eggs, chicken sandwich, and chicken and waffles.

Chocolate croissant: cold with a firm strip of semi-sweet Chocolate (think the same one you can get at Starbucks).

Escargot: only flavor was garlic

Almond croissant: tasty, but nothing spectacular.

Standard breakfast: cold eggs a nd toast

Hash and eggs: again, cold eggs, hash was mostly peppers

Chicken sandwich: dry chicken, dry bun, good French fries

Chicken & waffles: one of the driest chicken breasts I've ever had in ANY restaurant and soggy waffles.

The service was so slow, and two of us got our food a full 5 minutes before the other 2.

Thomas Keller would be embarrassed by the experience we just had. For $200, I could have fed 10 people much better food. 1000% pass on this one.

Food is bad, like inedibly salty.

Salad was fine, somewhat similar to what I've eaten in Republique in Paris. Foie spread was uninspired. Gnocchi was inedibly salty. Duck confit was better (cassoulet was good), but also extremely salty. $20 for a beer. Also found it a bit weird they just put the bread directly on the table.

We took back a ton of leftovers and just left it in the hotel fridge. Not good.

Basically just a tourist trap coasting off Thomas Keller's name. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food here was totally mid. I expected much more from Thomas Keller. I had the ribeye steak, it was a bit tough and the plating was super simple. Just a piece of meat, sauce and mash. No veg or anything. Dessert was also boring. Just an apple tart and scoop of ice cream. I was hoping to get a taste of French laundry but this was not it

This was our special place because we went here the night before our wedding. On this repeat trip it really disappointed.

The best dish was the starter bread. My fish-loving wife had the trout but didn't feel like finishing it, and my own steak frites with truffle fries was OK but wow adding the truffle oil was a $12 upcharge. I believe if that's the upcharge you should mention it before going away and not surprise me or make me ask "How much is it, will it be ridiculously priced?"

It's no longer our special place. Won't be back.
