We had an almond croissant and pain au chocolat, they were dry, hard, crunchy and basically stale. Whilst I expect the prices of the strip I also expect high price should mean high quality, you certainly won't get that here.

Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Coffee tasted like your average, so it’s not bad.
The true artistry behind Thomas Keller’s work is evident in every bite. The dough of the bread was exceptional, and the macaron was so good it had a similar quality to Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. Everything was incredibly fresh, showcasing the mastery behind each creation.

Bakery inside the Venetian hotel, both sweet and savory available.
I ate the Kouign amaan it was very very good. Broiled well, with a nice caramel glaze.
I also ate some sandwiches and the savory croissant. The portions are generous, the prices decidedly high.
It's a good solution for a quick meal without leaving the hotel. There are no seats. The service is quite quick.

During our stay at the Venetian over the Christmas holiday, we picked up a few pastry items from here for breakfast. I absolutely loved their Kouign-Amann—it was perfectly moist with a delightful buttery flavor. My favorite, though, was the Tarte Flambé. Served warm, the combination of goat cheese and caramelized onions created such incredible savory flavors. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Waited a long time for a Thomas Keller establishment then I a hair inside a TLC cookie. A hair!!!! A freaking hair inside a cookie!!!!! This is so freaking gross. Totally disappointing. Sorry Thomas, the wait was not worth it. My girlfriends was so disgusted with it, she threw it out before I had a chance to capture the evidence.

Coffee good. Food really bad. They simply can’t heat it hot enough. The “egg” they use on the croissant ham egg and cheese sandwich is gross. The ham and cheese baguette tastes fine but again it’s never heated property. Stick to the coffee and some of the baked items. Don’t waste your money on the food offerings. Never ever again.

I have been to Bochon Restaurant in Vegas and the Bochon Restaurant and bakery in Yountville in the Napa Valley. All are great. The Bochon Bakey in the Venetian is a huge disappointment. The Almond Croissant a Chocolate Almond Croissant were awful. Both were dry and crusty throughout, the almond filling was dry and very little chocolate . Seemed multiples days ole and overcooked.
Just the MOST FEIENDLY & HELPFUL little cafe. Yes, it gets extremely busy and of course it’s $$ but it’s convenient and right on your ‚doorstep‘!

This place was bustling! We saw the line before we even saw the bakery and knew we had to check it out! All of the pastries from the seasonal apple tart to the ham cheese and egg croissant or incredible! Highly recommend checking it out

Please be aware that you need to check your order before you leave. We ordered a half dozen large macarons which were placed in a box to bring home all the way to Calgary because our daughter has been experimenting with making macarons. When we got home, she opened the box and even though we paid for 6 macarons, they only gave us 5! No way to go back and fix that!
