Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Bakery inside the Venetian hotel, both sweet and savory available.
I ate the Kouign amaan it was very very good. Broiled well, with a nice caramel glaze.
I also ate some sandwiches and the savory croissant. The portions are generous, the prices decidedly high.
It's a good solution for a quick meal without leaving the hotel. There are no seats. The service is quite quick.

During our stay at the Venetian over the Christmas holiday, we picked up a few pastry items from here for breakfast. I absolutely loved their Kouign-Amann—it was perfectly moist with a delightful buttery flavor. My favorite, though, was the Tarte Flambé. Served warm, the combination of goat cheese and caramelized onions created such incredible savory flavors. Staff were very kind and helpful.
