I usually order online and I’m a regular customer. The smoothies are very good but there’s always an error whether it’s missing ingredients or the wrong size or even a combination of both. It would be understandable if the staff are handling multiple orders at once and if they’re very busy but the place is usually empty when I go pick up my order. There shouldn’t be a reason why my orders are always messed up at a constant basis.

I come to this Bowology location often and appreciate the freshness and consistency, not only of the staff but also of the bowls they make. I have visited almost every Bowology in Las Vegas, and this particular location stands out. The staff is friendly, and they consistently excel at preparing the bowls without any mistakes. Despite passing other Bowology locations, I willingly drive extra minutes to come to this one. Hats off to the management! If you are looking to try a refreshing and healthy sweet treat, this is where you want to go.

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is severely unmanaged ran by teenagers who are understaffed and unsanitary because they lack of proper training!!! ALEXIS the store “manager” is never in because she “works at the other location” but apparently is never there either. I have been going back and forth with her about my paycheck she owes me and lacks to communicate with me about MY MONEY. She is on the clock but never in the store and leaves these teenagers in charge of the store and you can see the mess it is. The oven has been broken for over a month now, that oven was never properly cleaned and when I was trained I asked about cleaning the oven and was told they NEVER CLEAN THE OVEN. Overall, do not support this business as all they care is to appear a good image but the lack of professionalism all around is bad.

20min to wait for food that is not cooked? Crazy!!! They did not fill orders as they were placed, rather they did online orders first and then walk ins. Sooo disappointed. Food was good but who enjoys acia when it's melted? Waste of my $15! Bummer.
