This was our first time here, and unfortunately, it will be our last. From the moment we walked in, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We weren’t sure if we should wait to be seated or just grab a table, and it took a while before anyone even acknowledged us. Once seated, our server took our order but never came back to check on us—not once. I had to get up and go to the counter just to ask for things, including the check.

Someone else eventually came by to clear our table, and when I asked about the check and whether we paid at the table or counter, I was told either was fine. We left our card at the table, but after waiting too long with no one returning, we ended up walking it up ourselves.

The food was mediocre at best. I ordered an arepa with cheese and it was dry, bland, and had the texture of a pancake. Definitely not what I was expecting. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

It wasn’t as good as how i thought tbh the service was just terrible they didn’t even give us a menu at first and i went w my dog and the girl almost kicked us out and then she left she did even care abt the service she was giving just not and not even talk abt the food definitely I’ll never go there again

Excellent service, good Colombian menu, Osiris and Mari served me, I've been there 6 times and I recommend it 100%. Plus, I have free parking.

Poor service, we asked for an extra sauce, they never brought it to us, they gave me my salad with rotten lettuce, plus the service takes a long time.

We arrived to order a roast chicken and they didn't have roast chicken, the wait was more than 20 minutes per plate, the service was very gentle.

I went there several times and got good service and good food but the last time I went there I got no service after waiting 25 minutes I got up and walked out. I guess they prefer Latinos not white people as their customers. I will never go back it was introduced to me by a co worker. The waitress looked at me like I was garbage. Well sweetheart enjoy this bad review

Very bad customer service from the moment you enter the store, the chicken is not fresh. When you eat it you notice that it is overheated and the portion of potatoes is not in line with its value. They sell chimichurri sauce in bad condition. I really won't come back again, if there was a rating less than 1 star I would give it 0 zero. Don't waste your money on this place.
