“Vida has a beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. Regina and Avi made our visits feel special with their warmth and professionalism. The food, however, was average in quality compared to the elegant setting. We tried Bagel Salmon, Yogurt and Granola, Everything Bagel, Eggs Benedict and a classic omelet with hash brown and toast. Nicely plated but not as fresh or flavorful as expected.
Funny detail: if it came on a bagel, you needed a steak knife, and the servers were not surprised when I used one. Coffee is mixed. Specialty lattes are smooth and memorable, but the standard drip coffee is below average.
Overall, Vida is worth visiting for the ambiance, the smiles and the crafted lattes. A pleasant stop if you are staying at Fontainebleau, but not quite a culinary highlight.“

“Order any ice cream shakes in the beginning. I ordered 1 after I ate and it never came. It these long time for them to sheet the Vegas location and even though we ordered 2 right away with our food, it didn't come until after the food arrived and we were half way through our meal. Chicken parm the waiter said came up wrong price at $35 so he added a $9 charge. Tip is already included so waiter doesn't care about service quality.“
