Their pandesal here is not what it used to be. The quality now is subpar. Same price for lower quality. It used to be soft yet dense. But, now it’s totally the opposite. So disappointing! I used to buy their pandesal here for many years, but not anymore.

Bread and other pastries are okay with me. The only thing that's bad is sometimes their customer service. Depends on the day, maybe. She didn't communicate well about my order although we spoke the same language. So it's a no speaking zone for her I guess..

Good selection most of the time and the pan de sal is hot and fresh. We ordered the cream cheese Pan de sal from the display and it was cold. We also ordered the Ube tahô but it was scalding hot and has no flavor or taho texture.Just coke for the pan de sal.
