been a loyal Brew Tea Bar lover since they opened their very first location on Rainbow, and I still can’t get enough! Their drinks are always on point, super fresh, and consistently delicious. It’s been amazing to see how much they’ve grown over the years with more locations popping up all around the Valley. The quality and service never disappoint, and you can really tell they care about their customers. If you haven’t tried Brew Tea yet, do yourself a favor and go!!! You’ll be hooked just like I am!

We’ve always gone to the Rainbow location because the service there is great, but this experience completely changed how we see Brew Tea Bar. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and because of that, Brew Tea Bar has lost us as long-time customers. We will never be returning.

I’ve been a loyal Brew Tea Bar customer for years and always order online. Normally, when I arrive early, the staff asks for my order number, I show them, and they prepare my drinks right away..quick and simple.
This visit, however, was the complete opposite. There was no line at all when I walked in, yet the lady at the counter refused to look up my order. Instead, she told me and my two kids to stand aside and wait until it “shows up online.” When I politely asked again, she rudely told me to order in person next time. That makes no sense, if you don’t want to honor online orders, then why offer the service in the first place?
To make matters worse, she did absolutely nothing during that time..just hanging out, and after a few minutes, when another customer walked in, a different staff member took their order right away while we were still waiting.
As a long-time loyal customer, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Management really needs to address this type of behavior because it’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely ruins the customer experience.

For most of my adult life I've avoided sugary beverages and ice cream, but the slushes here are so irresistably good, it's impossible to stay away! I really appreciate being able to choose the sweetness level. 50% is plenty sweet enough for me.
I’ve tried both milk tea and matcha slush at this location a few times and l am disappointed every time because I compared it to the location on Rainbow and it is jut not up to the Brew Tea standards. The milk tea tasted more milk not tea and the matcha slush has zero taste of the matcha and very watery, slushes should taste with ice not the liquid. The manager said that they can make it with more macha taste by adding one addition spoon of macha but we have to pay for it…
