Weird ordering process, the waiter told us we could not order appetizers until we also knew what we wanted for entrees since the kitchen wants all items at once. As a result we skipped appetizers altogether as well as wine/cocktails as it seemed we were being rushed. We also arrived at 4:50 for a 5:00 resy, but were not seated until 5:20; the hostess explained not all servers had arrived yet

We loved the entire experience. A well run place. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

Food was great, and service was terrible. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived on time for our reservation, yet we had to wait 10 minutes for "the table to be set." After 10 minutes, the waiter stopped by, introduced himself, said bread was coming, and he'd be back to take our drink order. 20 minutes later, he came back, took our drink order, and another 30 minutes later, our drinks and bread came. All the while, we hadn't ordered yet. He finally took our order, the food came out relatively quickly, but at the end of the meal, we had to chase the waiter down for the check (we bailed on dessert because we had already been there 2 hours). To add insult to injury, an automatic 20% gratuity was added to the check. I made it clear to the waiter that he ignored and failed us. He was apologetic, offered free dessert (which we declined), and that was that. We've eaten at Brezza a number of times before and always had a good experience. This time was rough.

The service you get is fantastic! The food is delicious and you need to try their homemade limoncello drink (really good!). The menu selection is just enough. Some Italian restaurants have very lengthy menus that turn customers away, not at Brezza. You can't go wrong with Brezza!

Kudos to our server for helping to turn our experience around - THANK YOU. However, here's what disappointed: 1) For a Thanksgiving offering, the buffet table was less than desireable. Turkey looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. Side dishes were lackluster and the "variety of pies" consisted of one (pumpkin). The website suggested an A La Carte option but that was limited to its regular menu (no Thanksgiving options) 2) Menu Options: Decent selection of typical Italian cuisine. However, price points are outrageous. High $20 ranges for any and all salads. Most pasta options in the high $40 to low $50 range. My wife and I couldn't help but feel we were victims of price gouging. While we understand this is Vegas, I have been to Michelin starred restaurants with better value-propositions. 3) Noise level: Unacceptable. Large group tables made it feel we dined at a glorified cafeteria setting. Kids running around like a day care center. While we clearly point fingers at parents, the restaurant needs to be cognizant of all of its patrons.

There were only a few items offered. The price was definitely not worth it. The food just tasted ok. The website stated that there would be assorted desserts. We got there at 4:30 and the only dessert remaining was pumpkin pie. The only other dessert was apple pie and that was already gone by 4:30, and there were no other desserts the rest of the evening.

First I want to say the service was amazing, loved the feel of the restaurant, and the food was good. The prices are way too high it should be $$$$+. I had the chicken parmigiana which was good and the waiter told me that the 2 pieces of chicken were big but they were giant!! Could have fed 4 people and he thought I should add pasta. Maybe make smaller portions and charge less. They also had $200 steaks on the menu just crazy. The other thing is you have to pay for parking, even being a local. Resorts World needs to get rid of that if they want locals to come and dine there.

Tuna tartar had no taste. Had 3 appetizers and one hot tea for 140 dollars. Value not great. Too many great places in Vegas to try. Would not return to this one.

Amazing food and service! Best Cannoli in America! (And I've had a lot of Cannoli's around major cities in the US)

What a lovely evening. The food was good but the excellence of service from Sam was exceptional. She made good recommendations but was so engaging and we felt connected to her early on

Ok my review is one that will say what could take the place over. First we are celebrating our year anniversary and it all started at this restaurant. I made sure to tell them ahead of time. We arrived and no real greeting or happy anniversary just table was ready. It would have been nice to be seated In a booth or where we could be close but we weren't but were able to move. The service was impeccable, food was soooo good as always, and the tiramisu was incredible. In saying that some key pieces that makes people want to come back was remembering the special things. The little things. A glass of champagne, a dessert, or something more than a pre written note should be given to guest for special occasions would have made this unforgettable. Still 5 stars all around.
