The chicken Marcela was terrible is taste like it was boiled and I had one mushroom and the gravy taste like it was out of a can

I had spoken to Danielle on September 6, 2025 to confirm my reservation for a the back room table . Danielle confirmed on the phone with me and said yes. When we arrived at 12:20pm- our reservation was for 12:30pm, she said that back room was not available. I am highly disappointed with the lack of not being honest and I will not be coming back.

We went later than we would normally go to dinner. Around 9pm, after a show we had watch we were looking forward to somr italian food. The hostess was welcoming the restaurant was dimly lit with a relaxed Romantic setting.
The food was well made, pasta was fresh, the wait staff was attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty.
We got a free picture and bought a framed picture to commemorate our evening out.
We didnt stay till closing out of respect for the staff we had our left over food packaged so we could take it back to the hotel with us and enjoy at our leisure.

We went for a birthday party my aunt and I arrived first and 5 minutes later the rest of the group came but they sat them at a different table (the restaurant double booked us but they fixed it) when we ordered we told them we have 2 people with with deadly allergies the server was amazing about it made sure to tell them right away and even wrote it in big letters but somehow the potatos and broccoli still had the ingredients that one of them are allergic too so the staff started looking for Benadryl for us but they managed came out telling us they can't give us benadryl because its against the health code and we understand they took the dish off for us..... overall I will still go back because its an amazing restaurant and the staff and chefs are amazing at what they do everyone so thank you for having us and hope to see you again.. they also have a kids menu

Great restaurant for a birthday lunch. My personalized instructions were followed to the letter, and my friend was delighted with her special day. Wonderful food too! I can always count on Brio for a memorable experience.

have been going to Brio for over 25 years and it has diminished bread portions are smaller and prices have dramatically gone up I paid between 5 to 8 dollars more then I paid less then 6 months ago portions seem to also gone down some not sure if I will go again to many other restaurants closer to where I live

Brio is absolutely amazing. The food was better than expected and honestly beats out most higher end restaurants in the area. Definitely will be dining here again

Dorothy, our Server, was awesome! She gave suggestions on the menu and drinks and checked on us frequently even though she was also serving a large party. Food was delicious and I appreciated my ice cream birthday treat!

Brio is a very nice restaurant where the food & drinks are always on point 😋 Atmosphere is cozy & service was excellent !
