Brio Italian Grille

The food was amazing. The service, however, was terrible. I'm not sure if there was a shortage in staff, or the restaurant was overly busy. I really like this restaurant, but when you are seated and have to wait almost 15 minutes for your waiter to show up, that's not good.

The food was good; the service was lacking. For the price point, the service needs to be amped up.

Julio was great - friendly and attentive. We had a large party and loved how easy it was to be accommodated. The food was hot and delicious. Several of my guests remarked how fresh and home made everything tasted. Thanks again Brio!

The Chicken Limone, Chicken Marsala, and the wedge salad were all great choices. We love it here because the food is consistently great, the staff are friendly, and it's convenient.

We were given excellent service from Alyssa, and the food was delicious. Overall, from hostesses to food runner was friendly and helpful.

They do have vegetarian options, it’s pricey but quality of the food seemed good too. Not too cheesy or greasy. I wish they had vegetarian soups at least one option if not more.
We got the chocolate cake dessert, didn’t quite like it.

Very disappointing. It was too loud for conversation. The calamari was overdone to being crunchy. The lasagna was bland, and the pork chops were overcooked and bland. The chicken caprese was the only dish that anyone found tasty, and even that chicken was tough. We would have let our server know if it hadn't taken so incredibly long to be waited on, let alone, served our food. We won't be back, and when discussing our experience with others, I have heard more negative things.

Such a Good Time and Great food. The waitress was really Good! Water and Bread& Butter was Unbelievable the Wedge Salad! Yummy ?? And the Guy up front singing Love Song was way over the top! Good Idea Brio~
