Fantastic meal with top notch service. Dined alone and the pace was spot on between dishes.
Guy Savoy in my opinion is one of the best restaurants in the United States. The food is outstanding and the service is at the highest level. The friendly, helpful staff is always there to make the experience outstanding without being overbearing. The prices are very expensive but to me it's worthwhile to splurge every so often. Part of the experience is the presentation of the food, which is enjoyable in its own right.
I have to say it was a forgettable meal. The signature caviar parfait was short on caviar and long on creamy filling and the cheese course was inedible, The wine pairings were good, and the service outstanding. The price far exceed the food experience.
We had an absolutely fabulous dining experience at Guy Savoy. We opted to do the full course pairing menu with wine pairing. We are in the food and wine industry & appreciate the work that it takes to put together extensive presentations, paired with perfect wine for the dish. We have dined at michelin restaurants all over the world (some great most not) & felt every aspect of this meal & wine service at Guy Savoy was outstanding. If you love beautiful food or are enjoying a special occasion this is the right choice. Price point; it is much higher than most dining experiences though we acknowledge the work that goes into preparing such elaborate dishes. The staff work very hard to make each client feel special and well taken care of. Highlights for us we're the colors of caviar, artichoke & black truffle soup (especially impressive wine pairing here), the bread cart is phenomenal, A5 waygu. For me personally the salmon dish did not work... perhaps if it was infused with herbs however it simply was a cold piece of salmon w/out flavor. Otherwise every dish was exceptional. Bravo to chef & staff & thank you for taking care of us.
Best meal of my life! John Paul guided us through the most amazing progression of culinary delights.
An incredible experience from start to finish. Everyone who made contact with us made our experience exceptional. We had a very warm welcome and comfortable and enjoyable service through the entire meal. We had a time limit due to having show tickets, and they executed the timing perfectly.
From entering the door, to exiting the door, outstanding. Above and beyond expectations for a restaurant. Will definitely return on our next trip to Vegas.
Awful sandwich, inedibly salty and insanely overpriced.
The item also didn’t match the menu, and the staff member didn’t care.

I ordered a brioche, but it was more like an expensive muffin. It reminds me of the time I put birria in instant ramen and sold it as “fusion” ramen. I respect the hustle.
Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace offers an unforgettable culinary experience—elegant, refined, and absolutely delicious. A must for food lovers in Vegas!

First, I would be embarrassed to be a top chef that owns this place. Why do y'all have a coffee menu? It's disgusting. I ordered a drip, got a burnt cup of water. Coffee was weak weak weak. I also ordered a 16oz iced chai with a double shot, got a cup of barely seasoned milk with no espresso. We also got 2 bottles of water and the total was $40 and some change. For that price the coffee and the service should have been way better. Just because it's Vegas and people will pay those prices doesn't mean you're right. I've been in the coffee industry almost 20 years and I go out of my way to not go to Starbucks or dutch bros but so far my Vegas coffee eploration has sucked. Thanks for being a part of that.
The only good thing is that the drinks were ready fast. Not that it matters to you, and it's evident in the product you provide, I've thrown away my full drink. Do better.

Best place for a quick bite in the morning. I got a caramel latte that was the best coffee I had at Cesar’s Palace.

For that price you would expect croissants to be fresh
