Overpriced coffee and pastries. Ordered 2 lattes (which were cold as the milk wasn’t frothed to the right temp, but barely warmed up) and 2 pastries which tasted stale/old.

Four of the worst pastries I have ever had. May have been fresh last week. Where is a manager?

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Their teamwork was outstanding which provided one of the best dining experiences for my husband and I. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely make a reservation the next time we visit Las Vegas.
We've eaten all over the world. This was the best dining experience we've ever had. It was simply incredible. No detail was overlooked. The chef and entire staff are to be congratulated. Absolute perfection. Amazing.
The food was exceptional but not as creative as I was expecting. I loved the truffle dishes and they carried the night for me. Service was fantastic. However, the ambience is quite sterile and joyless. Very much a monochromatic atmosphere. I was also disappointed that the wine program appears to be a profit center with sought after vintages... but there are plenty of new world choices available to the restaurant at a fraction of the of the cost. The value proposition is out of balance here. Perhaps the ingredients are more expensive than I thought but $1500 should buy you more delight.
It was one of the best dining experiences. The staff was amazing, and the food was great. I can't say enough good things about it except to go; you won't be disappointed.
We had an outstanding dinner last Saturday night. We did the 9 course dinner with wine pairings. Each dish was explained in detail with the Sommelier discussing the wine he picked in detail. We enjoyed every course and the service was impeccable. Thank you for a lovely dinner!
If there were six stars to give for service, I would. We remarked the next day that we have had excellent hospitality, and extreme professionalism, at other restaurants, but this staff reached an extra level at our most recent visit. They take great (but not stuffy) pride in their work, and such pleasure in providing everything we could have possibly wanted. We have been there eleven times but this was truly the most exceptional. Food was, as ever, delicious with very high quality ingredients. Of course it is hard to say "value" when you are discussing such ingredients, but portions were generous and the experience itself was all that could be desired. Wine pairings were excellent. The courses were balanced in ways that kept things flowing but not rushed. One pro tip: expect to spend several hours there, this is not a "we have a show in 90 minutes" kind of meal. Consider it a culinary adventure with the most competent and attentive of guides.
Paid $800 for the Louis diner. Food was incredible. Wine pairings next level. Service great. The issue was that the day of they moved our reservation to 6:30. Which was fine because we had a show nearby at 9:30 we paid for. I explained this when they called and diner should be less than 3 hours. Then during diner they had a curator for the entire meal with thick French accent. Was hard to understand her to begin with. But the time she spent talking about each of the 5 dishes was uncalled for. 45 minutes between tasting menu type dishes was overkill.

Love the food and services from all staff. Sorry we forgot the server's name but he was so wonderful and very entertaining with a ***** service. We had a special set menu with wine pairing perfectly well crafted. Thank you very much for being a part for our memories.
Got a cold quiche three times in a row and was told that I would have to wait there for 15 mins to get a refund.

It sounded promising but a complete let down. I’m not sure if toasting/warming up is an option for the brioche options but it might have made it more edible. We opted for the cinnamon brioche, for 7.99 a pop I expected at least a better execution.
Besides the cold texture which makes the layers of the roll unpalatable, the cinnamon and sugar was barely noticeable. After unraveling it and reaching the core, it just tasted like underproof tough dough. At least we know better.

Crazy. I would make you pay when you come to Italy to make you sick
The Nutella brioche here is just incredible. The coffee is good too. It’s Arizona. It’s super hot. It doesn’t make financial sense for them to give out water for free. Also, tapwater in Arizona tastes disgusting. You can buy a water bottle for a couple dollars.
